The veterinarians and the staff have always treated my dogs great! They’re very attentive to any needs and very sweet to my doggos! I will always continue taking my huskies there!
3 weeks ago, playing ball with my young golden, she ripped a nail on each of her front paws. Took her there for the first time. They treated her at no charge. We took our very old golden for a check up. They were professional, friendly and the prices were more than reasonable.
Everyone here seems wonderful. I can hear genuine concern in the vets voice when she it's giving us care instructions for our fluffy cat's Stomatitis. We were also very grateful they took in our cat last minute when he was in pain. That meant so much to us. They truly went above and beyond for the us that day. We'll be coming here for our fur baby's check-ups.
We were visiting from out of town and forgot our dogs insulin. This clinic answered the call quickly and was able to squeeze us in. We were able to get our dog his meds. They were super friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend. Thanks
Excellent staff, no waiting time, reasonable prices. Recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their doggies. My dogs are reactive to strangers and the staff was incredible with them.
This is my third time going to this veterinarian clinic. The first two visits were perfectly fine. My pet was diagnosed with a UTI, she was given a treatment plan, everything seemed organized I was even considering switching from my previous vet to Eastlake animal clinic. Today I had an appointment to check up on the UTI. The technician comes into the lobby and asks me the basic questions like if my pets usual routine is the same etc. After a bit they called me into an exam room and they took my pets vitals such as weight, temperature ect. The technician then tells me to wait for the doctor and proceeds to take my pet. The usual procedure at this point is, the doctor comes in, examines your pet, and comes up with a treatment plan. The technician then comes back in, gives you the price point for the treatment plan and you sign off on it. That way you know what procedures are being done, what medicine is giving your pet, how long it's going to take, before they even touch your pet. At least that's how it was done the prior two times that I had gone to this veterinarian clinic. WELL NOT TODAY! I proceed to sit there for about an hour waiting on the doctor. Finally the doctor comes in and starts giving me results for a urinalysis procedure that they had conducted on my pet. I'm confused to say the least, because I don't know which urinalysis the doctor is talking about, is she talking about the one that I did on my first visit, is she talking about the one that I did on my second visit, because at this point I didn't even know they were going to conduct any kind of procedure on my pet period. I have not been given a payment plan or a treatment plan for about an hour and without my pet. The good news is that my pet ended up getting a clean bill of health and the doctor proceeded to tell me that she's going to hand me my pet so I can leave, we're in the clear. Shortly after the doctor left, the technician comes into the exam room and asks me to wait in the lobby, mind you without my pet, to free up the exam room. So I'm waiting in the lobby now and the receptionist has already charged me. I kid you not when I say I sat there for an additional 30 minutes just waiting for them to give me my pet. People who were there after me were receiving their pets and leaving and I was still sitting there waiting for my pet carrier. There was no reason for it, the procedure had already been done, there weren't any additional medicines that needed to be given, I wasn't waiting on a prescription, I wasn't waiting to be rescheduled. I'm sure my pet is not the only one that stresses out when they're at the veterinarian clinic. So if you have no reason to hold on to her, avoid stressing her out even more, and give her to me. It's hard to have confidence in your practices, when you're not giving a treatment plan, or a payment plan and there are already administering procedures to your pet. When your doctor comes in and starts blurring out results, you didn't even know were going to be done in the first place. When it's a different doctor then the last two times I've gone for the same pet, and they don't even bother to introduce themselves. How am I assured you even have the correct chart, that they are not getting patients and pets mixed up, when everything seems so disorganized and crammed? Everyone looks like they're running around like a chicken without a head and it's very disheartening to feel like they don't have all their I's dotted and T's crossed and yet you're trusting them with your beloved pet.
Recently moved here from California. When I purchased my home I was happy I had Eastlake Animal Clinic literally around the corner because eventually I'd get a dog. What a great staff. Dr. Lozano was friendly, professional and was very engaging and approachable. Chance and I will be back soon...hopefully 20 pounds leaner!
If I could rate this place a zero I would. Both veterinarians are great but the front desk staff and management just don't care. We were turned away on a Saturday because we didn't have an appointment and they, "Had taken their last walk in for the day because they close at 2 pm." We arrived at 12pm. I promise that if we didn't feel like we had an emergency we wouldn't have been there to begin with. We love our GSD and seeing her vomiting and in pain is difficult and scary. We were willing to be seen after every other pet there but instead they fired our dog and told us to never go back there. Their priority isn't in caring for their clients but rather in keeping to their office hours. Apparently attempting and pleading to be seen caused a scene and that's not something they'll tolerate. So if you're fur baby has an emergency on a Saturday and you don't have an appointment and attempt to be seen 2 hours before their close time, it's probably not a good idea to come to this place. And if you attempt to reason with them you risk getting fired. As a nurse practitioner I can tell you that if you brought your child to my clinic I wouldn't be telling you to take your child somewhere else because we'll be closing in two hours and have stopped taking walking ins. Not good business practice!!!
