If and when I have to deal with the DMV, this is the location I choose. The staff are professional but have a great sense of humor. The wait is not as long as the other location I have gone to. Some of the other patrons are conversational

Good place haven't seen a DMV location quite like this one better then Elston location.

DMV Computer system went down state wide on my visit. They rescheduled my appointment for the next day and I was in and out in under a half hour with a written test.

Compared to melrose Park, this place is like going on vacation. The workers are nice and everything is so organized there are no lines.

Drivers License Facility. Surprisingly the process was seamless and efficient (plates and title). It's nice they have a person directing you where to go at the door!

I went there to pick up a renew sticker for my license plates. Around about 3:30 p.m. there was a small wait time maybe 15 minutes. And I was in and out. Must better than 2 years ago where I end up having to go into four different Illinois driver places to renew my license. Great job Secretary of State!
