Best breakfast!! I’ve ever had at a hotel. Rooms are nice and specious and clean. Easy access to everything right off the freeway l. I would stay there again. Nice friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the stay here. With their own space they had there own TV.
Second time here and I love this hotel. The rooms are amazing. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room that was wonderful. Staff is amazing, location is great. Close enough to the airport and right down the street from a ton of shops and restaurants. I also can’t say enough about the included breakfast! They go above and beyond with the quality and quantity of the breakfast. Cute fitness center too. And it’s reasonably priced! Love this place.
The hotel is kind of in an out of the way place by the highway near car dealerships. It wasn’t as central as we thought, however we were only there for a night and really didn’t require a dense and heavy foot traffic area as we drove to get takeout for dinner and a grocery store for snacks. The staff were very nice and really appreciated their calm demeanour. Staff member (I can’t find my paper noting her name and my trip was back in May) was younger, Latina and had a tattoo I believe. This is a delayed review unfortunately but we had such an enjoyable time that I had to make sure I left a review.
It’s nice grabbing hot chocolate, coffee or tea at their station downstairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was SO good! Nice selection of food and was delicious.
The rooms were spacious and nice but again, don’t expect a wild view. Beds were comfy and rooms had a fridge too. Parking is limited on top and has a parkade with gate. Overall we had a great stay and got us from A to B when we needed it.
Nice hotel great location. This hotel is 3 block from the park and ride bus station that goes into downtown Seattle. Room was great and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is they on send someone to clean the room if asked. For the price of the rooms this service should be included every day.
We got to the hotel right at 3pm and there was only 1 person working the desk. He did a great job but he was swamped! He literally ran to find the lead housekeeper to update the cleaned rooms in his computer. He was apologetic and accommodating.|Our room was just fine and clean. We appreciated the secure parking. Breakfast was nice with lots of seating.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Our only problems were that the shower in the bedroom had a broken drain so we all had to use the living room bathroom to shower. Also, the door to that bathroom didn’t fit well so it had to be forced which wouldn’t have been a problem if there was not a sleeping child in that room and it was pretty loud. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.
CS: Inconsistent customer service. Some were helpful and others seemed too tired or too busy to even look at you with a smile. Never answered a front desk call from the room (tried 4 times throughout the stay). But one rep took the time to look for a request item just to double check.
Room: Bed was comfortable and enjoyed the room. No high rack to hang long dresses. No second luggage table available "as a rule". Convenient to have a small microwave and mini fridge. Slight street noise but didn't bother.
Cleanliness: No problems.
BK: Breakfast was decent with many options to make something good. No full restaurant.
Parking: easy, no problems. Liked the garage option. No fee.
Location: Right off the freeway. Checked in on day one with a houseless man arranging all of his possessions in near the front entrance. Didn't bother us though.
Overall: Not a place for a romantic getaway despite having a jacuzzi room option. Customer service is lacking, and seems to have limitations is what they can offer to make a milestone vacation extra special. It's a typical Best Western but with some rooms having a jacuzzi.
Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly, beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast had plenty of options! The price was amazing for what we received! The bus stop to Seattle was about a 7 minute walk, convenient! We would stay here again.
