I was visiting my niece in Tamarac and googled trails as I wanted to walk on one that was shady. This trail is shady but it was muddy. If not mistaken it’s this way because a wet land area.
The gentleman at desk was very friendly and helpful. I really like this park and it has a play data for small children. There is disc golf, a lake, plenty of picnic areas and an area with gazebo. To me, it’s a great place to go and read a book and relax.
There are vending machines on patio with rocking chairs. I highly recommend visiting this park to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet it offers. And you can have dogs on leash!
A good Park for family and kids and also for disc golf and camping. is gathered and has a park patrol so is secure. Dogs are allowed. Is free on weekdays and on weekends and holidays you pay 1.50. They have a info center, restrooms, tables, playground, basketball court and volleyball sand. There is a lake where you can appreciate ducks, tortugas. There is iguanas and squirrels.
Pulling your trailer through their narrow pothole paths sucks, 50 amp service sucks, train goes by roughly every hour sucks, clothes dryers in the laundry facility sucks causing you to dry them longer and getting your clothes dead bolted in overnight even though there is a code to get in the laundry facility sucks, the crackhead driving around bothering everyone sucks, get the picture. We have been traveling for 8 months staying in rv parks, rv resorts, state parks, anywhere there is tv hook ups and I have never left a bad review, I’m not picky. But this place sucks sucks sucks!
A place of serenity, recreation and fun sports like Disc Golf this place for the past 3monthes has become a beautiful spot in my heart , this place this Park is so real , very Serene and Natural. The staff here Theresa, Luke
and Kevin provide Outstanding customer service.
The trains all night are not going to let you sleep. Terrible experience. The park people never mentioned any of that. Check the other reviews and confirm this. On top of that, there are coyotes all around. There are other parks much better than this one. Avoid a very bad experience
What a great hidden gem! We stayed 6 days, and loved it here. Clean and cared for. The laundry is clean, with really good wagers and dryers
Love a good county park. Low entry fees and weekends. Nice playground. Lots of space. Great area to walk to dogs on leash.
We love this campground! It's close enough to Ft. Lauderdale to do the things we want, but it's also very wooded and there are trails, and a playground and it's a really nice place to camp.
What an awesome park it is. Jaco Pastorius Park is super greeny with a nice view on it. Really great for family bonding, and a dog friendly environment. Kids will definitely enjoy being there.
Nice park which features basketball courts, softball/baseball fields, tennis courts, and soccer fields. Located in Oakland Park next to industrial offices. Safe and relaxing atmosphere!
All the meads are super delicious! Great spot to visit for beer drinkers and those friends who donât like beer. Staff are all warm and welcoming, highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing CF gym. Great workouts, top notch coaching, and just a cool overall vibe. In town for the week on vacation, but felt right at home here. Jeanine (outstanding coach and person) even took the time to write me a personal workout wh
Best Italian sandwich in town! I go here often. Itâs hard to find a good Italian sandwich around but these guys do it right. The staff is great. They get their bread delivered fresh every day. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
