East Shore Resort - Resort hotel in Clearwater - 473 E Shore Dr, USA

My husband and I began staying at the East Shore Resort since 2021. The incredible team (Billy, Terri, Susan, Steve, Holly - best pup ever) make sure that you feel like you are in your home away from home. The grounds are pristine and meticulously taken care of. The location cannot be beat. The rooms are comfortable and with the latest technology and all your necessities. There are two grills, a fantastic pool and just so much more. We have made East Shore a yearly must visit spot for our staycation getaway. Thank you for making this place a magical location for us to decompress and reset.

We can’t say enough about this resort, everything was perfect! We stayed in an efficiency studio, specifically 7A! The unit was completely self contained and plenty of room for all our luggage! The room was so clean and no odor at all! Compared to hotels we’ve stayed at it was a complete surprise! We met the lovely Susan who manages the resort, the innkeeper! We also met the owners of this lovely place, Bill and his wife, very charming and eager to help or answer questions! The resort has a nice heated pool if the beach isn’t for you! The resort also offers guest laundry and all the soap, stain remover and fabric sheets for free! The washer and dryers are fairly new and well maintained! The resort also offers self serve free beer, very nice! The resort also has a covered area next to the marina where you can meet and talk with other guests, everyone that we met were very pleasant! The resort is located in a convenient location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens which carries some grocery items! There is also public transportation, use the Jolly Trolley, a fun way to get around! The resort also offers free beach chairs and umbrellas, towels, fishing gear,and many other beach items! A tip, take the trolley further north to get away from the crowded beach there! Also, try restaurants that are further away from the main area, no waiting! Free parking and quiet air conditioning!

This was a return visit for us, the last one being nine years ago.....there have been some changes to the area since we were here before, but East Shore remains a 'home from home'! They just do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have already rebooked for next year & can't wait to return :)

Our Christmas vacation at East Shore Resort was outstanding! We stayed in unit #4, close to the pier and pool. Our unit was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was newly remodeled. We've been coming to ClearwaterBeach since 1981 and have stayed at various hotels|and efficiencies. First trip was at the old Hilton (near the Sand Key Bridge). We've also stayed at the Holiday Inn, (now the Hilton) and other hotels. We then stayed at various efficiencies until we found the East Shore Resort in 2005 and have been there since. It is By Far the best of all the places we have stayed. It is very clean, convenient to the beach,restaurants everything you may want on your vacation.

Normally we stay at name brand hotels for vacation but after reading the reviews on this place we decided to stay here and we a soooo glad we did. This is an awesome family owned business and well taken care of. The room was extremely clean and very well organized. We had everything we needed to cook with to include a mixer, casserole dishes and there were 2 Weber Grills available as well. Beach chairs, umbrellas, pool and beach towels, free laundry and fishing rods if we wanted to do any fishing while we were there as well. Very nice place and the staff was extremely helpful. |Everything is so close we will most likely not rent a car next time and Uber to and from the airport. Dozens of restaurants and a CVS all just a few minutes away. |5 stars all the way and highly recommended.

As a family from the UK, we have stayed in CWB for many years. Sadly our usual accommodation is no longer available and it was recommended we pay a visit to East Shore with the aim of locating new accommodation in preparation for our next visit. What a great decision, East Shore Resort is wonderful! ||The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, the rooms we have are perfect, spotlessly clean and in a superb location. The facilities…. we couldn’t ask for any better, it really is a home from home, although I don’t have a pool or a great deal of sunshine back in the UK. ||Our children have really enjoyed their stay at East Shore which is of course very important. We have a few days left of our stay and we are hoping to rebook ASAP. ||Thank you!
