East Exit Motel - Motel in Monroeville - 4500 William Penn Hwy, USA

Rooms are overpriced for the experience. Rooms $80 but they should be $40. Horrible cigarette smell throughout the entire room it was hard to breathe for me because I have asthma. Service is great. Location is great. My only complaint is that it's overpriced and outdated.

I came to this hotel after stopping at a few already and this lady was extremely nice and welcoming. Was short on a little bit of money for the room and she waved the fee. I very much thank her. She's a lifesaver. I recommend this hotel to everybody. Great! Location room looks nice. Very welcoming. She's a sweetheart but woman deserves a raise

I don't know what's going on in the world today. I just came here for a night to get my ƙid out of the cold. I CALLED and asked were there any vacant rooms for tonight 10/18/23. The man on the phone said yes. He gave me the price and everything. When I arrived I was told that kids couldn't stay here because of the stuff that goes down here!.; I'm in disbelief. How do yall have a sgin up that says God bless America. SMH. God wouldn't turn kids away. How could you let shady stuff go on at your motel?. At least yall could have said something to me on the phone so I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas. I'm driving a huge uhaul that guzzling gas!. Smh

It's good for a 1 night stay, not much else. Overpriced for just a bed and a TV. Especially since the water pipes backwards. (Hot water is cold, cold water comes out hot. Even the toilet water is hot and the seat gets a lot of condensation on it.) No fridge, or microwave, literally just bed, TV, a d bathroom, with wifi. Not worth the $70+ price tag, this is a $40 night type room.

All the motels were full and we were tired. The top blankets had burn holes in them. The room smelled like musty. I was so tired so I went out to my car and got my travel blanket and wrapped it around me so I could sleep. I sprayed the room buy by morning it smelled even worse. Never again. Buy the manager was nice that's why I gave it a 1 star.

First its a Motel Not a Hotel you get what you get Its not nasty they rewash the sheets and towels ect. just like hotels do I've never had a problem with it If you have a problem that's within reason it gets handled appropriately I go here often like once or twice a week inbetween coming home from Cleveland too sleep a few hours thats the other feature you can book before 830 pm So dont come on here messing up my sleep spot because its not boogie its a safe clean place to sleep and be on your way And since I am a smoker I do like the fact that I can smoke in the room dont knowone want to go out side to smoke we pay just like non smokers do But there are careless people that don't respect themselves let alone anyone else's things so they destroy things The only problem I have is the price increase I'll go to a hotel and pay 70 bucks I was cool with the way it was before but it is what it is because i rarely spend the night but have these past 3 years So if you dont have crazy OCD which I do that every thing has to be perfect for you to fall asleep then this is a cool little spot tucked away

Stars don't explain how bad this place is. This building needs to be condemned and torn down. The host didn't seem to friendly appeared to be border line angry. I'm a non smoker.the blanket had burn hole in it. The room felt like a sauna full of cigarette smoke. I could barely breathe. The bed, the furniture was so old and dated. It looked like it been there since the 1800's. The room appeared to be very creepy. I will never stay again at this motel if it was the last motel on earth. The Bates Hotel is so much better LOL!!!! East Exit Motel seriously needs to be renovated.

I stayed her 2 different times.. is it bad I can smell the rooms just by looking at the pictures?
