They have catered our meetings for the past 3 years and have done an incredible job!! We typically have 150-200 people in our meetings. The food is always great and the service they provide is second to none. We will never look at getting someone else to cater for us. TPCA Region 6

This is specifically a review of the online ordering experience. I placed an online order for delivery however, it defaulted back to pick up somewhere along the way without me noticing. I called the store and the lady that answered told me she was "pretty sure" I would have to cancel it myself from the website (you can't). She made no effort to see if anyone at the store had any clue how I was supposed to cancel the order until I forced her to go talk to her manager. The manager cancelled the order and she hung up on me. The servers and hosts are usually great here so I'm not sure what her problem is. The online ordering site definitely needs work.

Service was amazing. God bless these ladies. They were severely understaffed but still provided excellent service. They even gave a 20% discount which they did not have to do. Food was good. I really suggest their pub pretzel bites & beer cheese. Their wings definitely delivered on the spice and flavor. Tons of flavors to choose from. Would recommend.

I only thought the bad service was at their JC location, but I guess not. I was seated then nobody ever came back after 20 minutes, so we left. Wing stop appreciated our business I suggest trying Wing Stop first. We were happy with our food there.

These are some of the best wings I have ever eaten. I have ate wings all over the world. This restaurant chain has it going on. I will be back. They have a ton of burgers and other items as well see my pics.

Great food! We had to flag someone down after we were seated for them to get our drinks and take our order, but other than that service was good. We had tacos, wings, sliders, all were very good!

Make sure to double check take out before getting home. Discovered item ordered was severely overcooked, even too difficult to cut with knife. Returned 20 minutes later and checked replacement order . It was wrong. Lady at the cashier must have thought it was funny as she offered no apologies, only was short with me and not friendly.
