I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Sean is a great person to work with. He came promptly when I called to provide an estimate. His pricing was really competitive ( I received seven quotes total). I really was making my decision based on costs, quality, financing, and turnaround time. Sean was able to install a brand new system (handler and compressor) in two days! The 18 months 0% interest financing was also very pleasant and a factor in making my decision. His team (Anthony and partner) were on time for the installation, super friendly, very communicative, neat, tidy, and efficient. Sean even came back the next day and gave me complementary air filters and installed them himself! He really goes above and beyond for his clients and is really wonderful to work with. I would recommend him to any of my clients as well as friends.

I’m very happy with Sean and his Crew at East Coast Mechanical they Do great work at great prices. They installed a new gas boiler, chimney liner, new thermostat’s and added a new zone for me. It’s nice to have a contractor that has pride in his work and is there when u need him .

Can't say enough good things about Sean and his team. They worked quickly and efficiently. They even talked to my senior dog all day while we weren't home which keeps him calm. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs. First time I've had any one perform a service without leaving a trace. They kept in communication and answered any pertinent questions I had. Wife and I are loving our new mini-splits!

Everything was great from estimate to completion. Very simple and great communication. All the guys were so nice and respectful. The equipment works great.

The day I called about my AC unit not working Sean came over the same day to see if it could be fixed, unfortunately we needed a new one but he was able to come 2 days later to replace it. The workers were on time and very respectful of my home as they took off their shoes when entering and laid drop cloth to protect the floors. I highly recommend East Coast Mechanical for all your heating and cooling needs they are extremely professional and take pride in doing a great job!

Over the summer, we used ECM to repair and clean our Mitsubishi wall unit. We were very pleased with the quality of work so we decided to sign up for an oil burner contract. Sean scheduled a tune and vac right away and arrived on time! Overall, so far, so good 👍🏻

We did a complete renovation of our house including central air, forced air heat, gas hook up, and heated floors. Throughout the entire process, Sean and Anthony were polite, knowledgeable, reliable and most of all helpful! Super cool guys and took the time to talk to us even while they worked.
