The staff is great. No bugs, clean rooms, wifi, cable!!

I recommend if you are staying in gibsonton do not stay at this motel I would go to extended stay America down the road

Too be fair it is what it is. Maintenance is super nice, wifi doesn't work in rooms. "Cable" is maybe 7 channels, and doesn't work half the time. But it is a place to stay so you can regroup and get back on your feet.

Definitely try to get a different place. Not guaranteed the sheets are clean after the previous customer. Guests are required to take their own garbage out upon check out. Check out is 10 am not 11 am as it states on the window at the office. No amenities and no service at all during the stay.

This place is beyond disgusting. I needed a room quickly and didn't have time to do my homework. The bed sheets were stained, cockroaches were running amok, there was no curtain over the window, there was graffiti on the walls, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty, and there was brown residue in the sink. I will never stay at this motel again.👎👎

The manager was rude as hell. We moved in on May 31st and paid for 5 full weeks and he came to my room 3 days before our time was up demanding more rent. Tried to claim we "changed days" from Wednesday to Saturday. Tell me how I just lose out on 3 days worth of rent. Its $250/week with only a microwave and small fridge. They are removing any stoves to save electricity which makes zero sense since they make more than enough in a week to provide that service. There was roaches in my room and also a rat ran through one night. I stayed in the main building. You have no control over the ac and people smoke cigarettes inside and you can smell it in your room. Only 1 washer and dryer worked and they have no intention on fixing the other set. There are drug addicts that stay there and get the cops called on them and yet they are allowed to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called 1st she lied to me and told me 275 a week to get me there and when I git there she told me 375 .. they lie and try to rip you off before you even start doing business with them... Never staying at a liars business!

extreme amount of roaches everywhere, holes in the blinds to where everyone walking by could see everything going on in my room, cigarette buds all on top of the AC and on the floor, holes in the walls, no towels or toilet paper, fridge & microwave were absolutely disgusting, and i had to use a literal pair of pliers to turn the shower off. if you’re wanting somewhere cheap to stay, don’t settle for here.
