Delicious. We had menudo, a hippo, a barbacoa taco & a breakfast childs plate for my son. Menudo was some of the best Ive had in a while. Barbacoa was nice and cheek meaty w no fat. Hippo was...a full hippo. Childs breakfast plate was old school and reminded me of my grandmas growing up (fried egg, refried beans, french fried potatoes, country bacon). The flour tortillas were great, large and homeade. Hole in the wall location but not a deal breaker for us nor everyone else that was flowing in and out w non stop to go orders and drive thru service as well.

Best place to eat!!!! I had the fajita burrito and it was so buss like I recommend you to get it because it was so good!!!! The service was great and fast 10/10 recommended!!!

Love their Hippo, they're the only place who will do it without eggs.

Monster breakfast "tacos" are actually the size of a burrito. The green hot salsa is pretty spicy, in the way asian hot mustard is spicy. It also has a lingering after burn like habanero. It's mostly thin, not chunky. Probably the best hot salsa of its kind in the area that I have tried, but I *prefer* red HOT salsas with cilantro and serrano which they don't have.

Do yourself the favor of coming to treat yourself to consistently delicious food at this establishment. The barbacoa and menudo from Early Bird’s are the best you will find in this area. The owners and workers always greet you with a smile, and they show genuine gratitude for obtaining your business every time you come by. To me, that’s how a great restaurant should be ran, and Early Bird’s has never fallen short of that high standard. Thank you.

Wow the carne carne guisada was delicious. Not much of a place to look at but the food was great.

These workers rude hostile and offensive do not know how to cook good tex mex plus too expensive.

First time trying, sad that I didn’t try them out earlier. Ordered Hippos they were good & huge. They make their tortillas homemade & they are good. They have a mild salsa which is red & a spicy salsa which is green. Can’t wait to try their other food.
