Eagles West - Student housing center in Auburn - 700 W Magnolia Ave Unit H4, USA

Overall the living experience has been wonderful and the staff has been very kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are usually done the next day and the maintenance guys are friendly. My main complaint, however, is that my apartment did not seem to be cleaned very well from when the last tenants moved out and I moved in back in August. My bedrooms carpet smelled like dog pee, though it did come out pretty easily. The hardwood floors and tile have paint marks everywhere from the property repainting I assume, and some of the wood trim was broken/cracked when I moved in. The laundry room, particularly behind the dryer, had a bunch of lint on the floor. And around and behind the refrigerator had ping pong balls and other trash from the previous tenants. Overall Eagles West is a great place to stay, especially compared to other student housing options in the area. Prices are reasonable for the location, which I would say is the main selling point. You are within a 20-25 minute walk to most places on the main campus, and there is tiger transit bus pickup located by both entrances. Would be 5/5 if the apartments were cleaned a little bit more thoroughly between tenants.

I moved to Eagles West for my senior year and it is by far the best living situation I've had in Auburn. The staff are extremely friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to be upfront and volunteer information they think will help. Maintenance is also amazing. They've arrived extremely quickly and acted efficiently, being in and out as quick as possible. I've never had to call back because their solution didn't work, and overall I can't imagine a better team. I walk to class every day because the apartment is just that close, and the pool is kept very nice the entire summer. I love it.

My oldest lived at Eagles West for 2 years while attending Auburn University. They are everything they advertise and more. The front desk staff are always friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff get repairs done in a very timely manner. I’m looking forward to moving in another one of children next fall.

My son just moved out of Eagles West Apartments and I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the complex. Nick the manager is great to work with and we never had any issues with the property. Complex was safe, well maintained and had a bonus dog park area on property. I highly recommend if you are looking for a complex walking distance to campus that is safe.

Living at Eagles West has genuinely been such an amazing experience. The friendly staff made move in day so much easier and the maintenance team was so quick to respond if I ever had an issue. I’ve loved getting to hangout with my roommate by the pool or working out together in the gym. Being so close to campus has been such a blessing! I would 100% recommend living here. Shoutout to the amazing office staff!!

I’ve had a wonderful time living at Eagles West! 🦅 The apartments are maintained well, and the office and maintenance staff are always friendly. There are plenty of events for students. The gym has nice equipment, and there is a great pool area. Although the living environment is lively, it is still plenty quiet enough for me to get my work done as a graduate student. 5 stars! ⭐️

This is my first year living at Eagles West, but it is amazing! It is basically on campus so it is a short walk to class. The tiger transit also runs to the complex if you do not want to walk. It is a little older but the maintenance team is phenomenal and responds to calls quickly (even late at night). The office staff is very nice and they do lots of giveaways and have free food in the office throughout the school year. The pool is very nice and has a fireplace also. The gym is fairly small but still has everything you need! Definitely recommend!!

Being a parent sending your kid off to college for the first time is a bit overwhelming and scary. The staff at Eagles West was more than efficient in making sure we had all the facts needed to make our decision. The atmosphere was very pleasant around the complex. The sense of safety was a huge deal and they passed this moms expectations.
