We called to see if we could have an overnight spot for just one night as we were passing thru heading home to Canada. Very friendly gentleman said no problem and got us a site and was very easy going about our arrival. time. Nice concrete level parking pads with full hook ups for a very reasonable rate. He met us and he gave us lots of information about the area if we had time. We enjoyed our stay and found everyone very friendly. Would stay again if passing thru.

Well the managers never there, and they expect you to pay your rent at a Dropbox but you never get a receipt, and who wants to go to the bank and get money out to pay for your lot rent

Management is OK, the maintenance/lawnmower is a shady character. We lived there for a few months, our sewer line was cut by the weed eater 2 times. Both times he would blame us for it. He would tell the manager that it was cut up and down instead of sideways. Our water line was also cut by a weedeater, and that was blamed on something else. The manager had asked my husband if he would be willing to weedeat the entire park in exchange for monthly rent. No biggie, he is the type of guy that is willing to help. He did do the park, and some of the ditch. Manager had told him that was enough for the rent, mind you he has a full-time job as well and she knew that. He worked on his days off in the disgusting heat. The shady character told the manager that he didn't even weedeat around his camper and he's the boss. That's a blatant, because I was the one that brought him water and he was doing it at that time. Long story short, we ended up moving to another state for his job, we were on our 11th day into the month that we had rent paid for, from his work weedeating. So we were screwed out of at least 200$ because of the shady characters lies. I also have a video of him blowing tons of grass into the road and just left it, for a motorcyclist to wreck. Thank God that didn't happen, but the amount of grass he left was terrible. I also brought that up to the manager, because supposedly the owner of the park had gotten on to him for the same things. She said he wouldn't have done that because he knows not too. Mind you the manager and her husband were gone on vacay, so how would she know. He left all that grass in the road, finally after a few days and ALOT of cars passing over it, it was blown off the road. They are great at making excuses. I would stay there again, as long as the shady character is gone. That 200$ could have helped us A LOT right now. Thanks for screwing us over.

If you are looking for more than an over-night stay find somewhere else to stay. There are a few permanent residents here who harass and bully new tenants and the management, or owner is who we were told, caters to these bullies. The guy who mows the lawns here is the worst of them. He gives off a really creepy vibe and he watches your every move. He has cameras everywhere and if you are parked around his camper, you are being watched. I assure you…very creepy. You will get harassed about anything he does not like and the manager caters to him. She and her husband have a really bad memory and do not remember conversations they have had and given permission to. We were staying here short term until we got into a house and they are not very welcoming at all. We were hoping for a short, peaceful stay after making a move to Oklahoma from Texas and we got the complete opposite. It has been a very uncomfortable nightmare staying here. Good luck and try to find another place but here if you don’t want to be harassed.

It's a nice park...good laundromat, noticed that too many broke down washer and dryers.....no safer than any other place..mostly shady and I'm not talking about the trees..its an okay area..take your chances!! Watch out for the property manager, she changes in a flash, personality changes are obvious, she's like a dictator and she runs with it, don't know why the owner puts up with her, she has caused alot of good people to leave because of her bad attitude, she is nice to your face but watch your back, if she don't get along with you, she invents something to tell the owner to get you kicked off the property, I've seen this first hand, as I said before, WATCH YOUR BACK!!!

Me and my kids stayed at this Park after the Tornado that tore thru Sand Springs, Oklahoma in March of 2015. This place is very family friendly, Clean facilities including a locked laundry area with cameras, Excellent Management, good rates with an exceptional view and impeccable location from both the highway, and from Keystone National Park. The management keeps non-sense out, and maintains the park meticulously! We have traveled all over the nation and this place is by far one of the nicer, cleaner, well maintained parks in the south/south west!

Me and my wife are new to living in an rv so not too much experience to pull on. I like it so far very laid back country vibes. The neighbors mostly like to keep to themselves but I managed to make some friends. Alot of people out here want to be left alone.

Our favorite campground in the Tulsa area. Always clean and well kept, lots of birds. They recently added some trails, a basketball court and are building a fishing pond. It’s right next to a dam and lots of people fish there.

Nice set up. Wide open spaces. Kid friendly. Get folks to take their dogs to the dog run area more? It's right in the gate area? But still a pretty nice place!

It's a quite lake that has a nice cemented walkway. I've seen various fowl on the water and banks. Never been there when I didn't see people of various ages fishing and having success, or dog walkers. A nice pavillion and picnic tables.
