Eagle's Nest Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Marco Island - 410 S Collier Blvd, USA

Eagle's Nest has large, clean, and comfortable condos. Bed in the master bedroom is surprisingly comfy. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. Having the washer and dryer inside the unit is so appreciated. Staff members are helpful and friendly.||There were only two areas that weren't top notch: 1. The water pressure in the shower is abysmal, making it really hard to get shampoo out of your hair. 2. We wished the porch did not have screens impeding the view.||

Very disappointed by the room cleanliness and overall treatment from the staff. We have been owners here since the 1980s and the overall maintenance fee every year is not worth it for anyone looking to purchase. On our second day I awoke to the smell of coffee in my bed and I discovered that there had been coffee spilled onto the sheets next to the night stand like someone had tipped their cup over and in the day light I saw the stain on the floor from it. So I concluded that the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. Very disgusted by this discovery I went straight down to the front desk and they sent someone upstairs. There was never any form of forgiveness given by the staff or form of compensation for this. I informed the staff downstairs about the stain on the floor and all they did was nod their heads. I am very saddened by this stay because also we pay for an extended balcony that usually has two sun chairs, this time there was only one. The level of mosquitoes at night is also insane. My family and I went down to the beach for sunset and on our five minute walk back each of us got had received at least 20 bug bites. Hoping this can lead to changes being made.

We decided to stay at Eagles Nest about 6 or 7 years ago. We loved it so much we decided to buy a unit for a week in July/August. It is family friendly and Marco Island is great. Great restaurants and the beach is amazing. The pool is great for young and old alike and the resort is very private.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received from your security staff during a recent visit. Due to a GPS error, I mistakenly arrived at your hotel. When I approached the security staff for assistance, they responded with extreme rudeness, name-calling, and swearing. Instead of offering help, they were confrontational and aggressive, even threatening to report me to the police for a simple wrong turn. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and falls far short of the hospitality standards one would expect from any establishment, let alone a hotel. The negative experience I had at your entrance was deeply upsetting and left a very poor impression of your hotel. I urge you to address this matter with your staff to ensure that future visitors receive the respect and assistance they deserve. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken to improve the behavior of your security personnel.

Our second stay at HGV Eagle’s Nest and highly recommend. The property is very nice, well maintained and a helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable with updated features, furnishings and kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. We hope to return again for many years.

I have gone 14 years in a row and it never get boring. The staff there have activity’s every day and always accommodate kids. Their beach is absolutely gorgeous. They never disappoint.

Resort is fabulous . Chose wrong week to go because of season. A lot of excursions and restaurants were closed. Still a lot to do. Weather was perfect. Highs in the 80s. Lots of locals we met there who chose that week in September because it was off season and no long lines at restaurants.

Besides having monsoon rains for 4 days straight, the air conditioning went off twice, no water for several hours, and the dishwasher broke. Everyone was apologetic, but oh well. The “scheduled” maintenance should staggered not all in the same week
