Very noisy, even over night. When I told staff they didn’t even make an effort to do anything. I had to pack up and leave early. Horrible! They don’t give you refunds, they don’t give you change if you pay with cash, and the room looks very worn down. Would not recommend. 0/5 stars. P.S. my room smelled like cigarettes and I found one in the sink.

I thought this was a sketchy place. My new apartment won’t be ready for another 3 weeks. My room is clean and the staff are friendly after my first 2 weeks. I’m used to having keys and not a card. I locked both of my cards in my room on a Sunday( an off day for the hardworking staff)and didn’t arrive back until 11pm. The other residents directed me to the onsight maintenance person room and I was let in immediately after making contact with that person . Good neighbors and good staff speaking personally. My new rent is only $1000 monthly I’m paying $1200 mo/$300 per week . Small price to pay for 5 weeks. I’m feeling very comfortable until my new place is ready.

Used to be a lot less active. Seems the area is slipping a little. $300 per week to stay and no laundry or bed service you take out your own trash.

I would not let a pet rat stay in this hotel. Just heard that they had killed someone’s dog that was almost 4 years old that lives with them right in front of them. Shame on the manager and the police officers who murdered that poor baby. If they would’ve knocked on the door and announced their self, this dog would still be alive instead, they just barged in on the people and of course the dog went into protective mold. This just makes me sick here in about this management is awful. Don’t stay in this hotel.

We had a good friend who was 4 days late on her rent. She had been staying over 6 weeks, and had been paying her rent on time every week. She was locked out of her room with no notice. She called multiple times and no one returned her messages. When she called early the next morning, she was told they would meet her to open the door, they allowed her to check on her pets, and she told them she would go to borrow a truck so she could get her belongings out. Immediately after leaving(they must have been watching) they started moving her stuff out of the room, leaving it on sidewalk in trash bags. The manager, Alan, has also repeatedly harrased my friend, along with several other females, making crass sexual comments, even after being asked multiple times to stop. HORRIBLE PLACE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Been living here for 3 months and let me just say this place has done a 180° turn from my first week to this week. They hired a guy name Allan and he has gotten the place shaped up and the problems shipped out! Whatever they are paying him they should double it. The higher ups are extremely understanding and will allow you to be late and short from time to time as long as you do pay. I don't know what I would have done after the tornado if we didn't have EAGLE SUITES. I can confidently say with first hand knowledge that Eagle suites on Rodney Parham is a SAFE and CLEAN property in a not so safe city of Little Rock

$300/week for a room with a kitchenette. I called ahead of time, they had 1 room available. Got to the hotel and booked the room on Saturday for 1 week. I’m told we have until Friday since that’s the day rent is due. That’s not 1 week. The room was nasty. Trash left in drawers, dirty clothes laying around, dog food all over the floor. We cleaned the room before bringing our stuff inside. There was a pile of someone else’s trash outside the door. Not my mess, I’m not cleaning it up. The “maintenance man” had the nerve to repeatedly ask my husband to clean it up. Not our responsibility. A few hours later we realized that 4 outlets in the room don’t work. Only the outlets by the fridge and stove work. The front desk was closed. I texted the help number and told them the outlets don’t work. “We are aware and we have our electrician coming to look at the outlets in the room this week” Someone could have told us before we ever paid for the room that the outlets didn’t work. I would NOT have paid $300 for 5 nights knowing all this. Also - they make you sign their “rules” before checking in. It mentions loud noises, slamming doors, and loitering outside won’t be tolerated. Also issues a noise curfew of 10pm. This all seemed great since we are here for work and need sleep at night. It’s NOT enforced! All we heard the whole time was beating and banging and yelling. The room next to us seemed to constantly be moving furniture. People stood right outside our room talking loudly to each other. The parking lot stayed full of people being loud and blocking parking spots. There were kids running around the balconies and parking lot constantly. The people who work there also live there and are friends with half the loud people staying there so it does no good to say anything. They just get more loud and rude. There is also a very noisy freeway nearby. The only plus was the shower. Hot water was excellent and water pressure was great. Oven barely worked, toilet was very slow to flush and would easily stop up. Definitely not worth it. And they don’t give refunds.

I was rather impressed with the remodeling of this former Comfort Inn. Turning interior access rooms into exterior access helped to rebrand the property. Being a weekly & monthly hotel, I found the rate of $275 weekly a bit steep for living in a "studio" type room. Not sure if the monthly rate is the equivalent of 4x the weekly.... In my brief experience it would seem to fit the bill for transitional living arrangements.

We have stayed here many times. Staff has always been nice, and rooms are always clean. Breakfast well, what can I say, depends on who mans the kitchen.
