Eagle Pass International Bridge I - Bridge in Eagle Pass - International Bridge, USA

I have been coming to Eagle Pass/Piedras Negras For dental work for the past five years. I am A 71-year-old white female. When I came through on January 27th, I was discriminated against for being white. It was crystal clear. This is what they are doing. A female officer Had just come on duty, I was the third person in line. There were 2 Hispanic people in front of me. She took their pictures, said 1 or 2 sentences to them. And they went through within 20 seconds. Then it was my turn, And she started to grill me asking me all kinds of questions. why Was I there? How did I find out About this area? How much cash was I carrying? Why did I have a pair of gloves in my purse? On and on and on with questions. When I answered her, you could tell by her responses that she thought I was lying. She completely ransacked my purse. There was also a white man Who was about 15 people ahead of me in line. And he got the same exact treatment. They detained white people while they were letting people of color go through very easily. My son and his wife, who are both white, Got the exact same treatment a few weeks ago when they came through for dental treatment. I will be contacting a lawyer if this happens again. I will not tolerate racial discrimination.

International bridge 1: Depends on days and busy traffic. I went to piedras negras in the morning and I passed through faster. Gate Attendants are friendly.

Bridge I is usually quicker and the wait time in the line is usually 10 to 20 minutes. The line goes though the neighborhood and the one way streets. Regular home town traffic flows between the line so be courteous.

Hit or miss depending on Volume of people coming and going . I have to give credit to these women and men who work these bridges in the heat and cold . Job well done we do appreciate all of you .

No problems or inconveniences. Still wondering why they open a few lanes knowing how busy it gets.

Everything went smooth we didn't have to wait a long time on the line, the lady officer was kind, firm with questions.

Guards are really rude. 40$ min to add to your vip card.
