I really love this place, Eagle Creek is a very nice park to spend time with friends and family, lots of space, picnic tables, parking, all around a fun time.
I rented the beach shelter for my daughter's graduation. It was a great experience. Except for all the litter and the port o potty was disgusting. Lucky there was an actual bathroom that was clean enough. There were plenty of trash receptacles. I'm shocked at how many Corona bottle caps we picked up around the shelter. Probably 30-40. There were plenty more but I was there to hist a party not clean up the joint. We saw a group of 4 people walk past the shelter with a huge box of Corona. Obviously they frequent the area and just throw their caps wherever. I wish there was more regulation over people littering and disrespecting park rules.
Playground for older kids. There is a pool open in summer. I was there in winter so everything was closed. Picnic tables. So swimming in the lake. I enjoy the view though.
Theres plenty of better beaches around but this ones not that bad its got piniv seating and a grill plus a park next door to the beach enclosure
Beautifully clean without the constant bag here and cigarette bud there. The only real drawback was waiting a hour for the motorboat, giggidy, rental just to be told the only one was already about to be booked.
Kids will have fun for hours.! Wear the kidos out, and they have a concession stand, decent prices..2$ so a, 1$ chips, some candy 1$.beach prices, 4$ kids17. 5$ adults
The park needs proper maintenance. The swim.area is a mess. Even the bathrooms are in terrible shape.
Pretty small space for swimming and not a lot of sand either. It has a nice park and picnic area right outside the fence and smaller park inside

Beautiful, big park, lots of trails for walking. Plenty of shade trees, an amphitheatre, pavilion, a conservatory, gardens and much more. We enjoyed our walk this morning
Beautiful little slice of prairie and forest within the city limits. Easy walking trail with some foot bridges. Wear sturdy shoes as the path can be uneven with exposed roots and rocks to trip on.
Nice park. Lots of picnic tables and seating in the shade. I ate my lunch and enjoyed a quiet Sunday afternoon. Basketball courts and playground looked nice and were empty.
I am giving this park 5 stars for a surprisingly magical fall colors that peaks in late October on this trail. It was quite a nice surprise. It was only a very small area in the park but it still did not disappoint. I am definitely coming back.
This is such a great playground! Best on an overcast or not too hot day since there is no shade on the actual play area. But SO FUN! GREAT for a wide range of ages with places for care givers to sit and watch. Wide open field at the back for running
