Stayed for 2 nights in number 6 cottage. Lot's of room!! Very impressed with all accommodations one would want. Huge comfortable king bed. Bathroom small but wasn't a big deal. Directly across from the lake however with 0 view. No access to the lake which would of been perfect. Right on the strip.. can walk to everything. The small town is nice w very friendly people. This town doesn't have much to offer except the strip for entertainment. Took a day trip to Cleveland and went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was pretty cool. Probably won't be coming back to Geneva-on-the-Lake in the future but glad we did and checked it out. I recommend this particular cottage #6 to anyone looking for a place w lots of room, clean and location.
Worked perfectly for us. Clean updated and roomy. Probably could use an updated sofa bed, but wasn't an issue. Over all nice place and good experience! Location was great! Bar next door, but we didn't hear it from inside - but it is Geneva on the Lake so music and people having a good time is expected! Would definitely rent again!
Suite 6 Lincman's Lodge is an old house that has two rentals in it. We had the downstairs unit and we met a nice couple who were staying in #5 above us. My husband and I spent a few days there to celebrate our Anniversary early June 2023. We were happily surprised at how nice it was as we had read some not-so-nice reviews. The Suite was in an older home that had beautiful built-in's in the bedrooms. Those who are staying a week or more could certainly move in and get that homey feel. I realize and acknowledge this is no fancy hotel, so if you want more luxury, pay top dollar somewhere else. This is like renting a comfortable home. No bugs, No problems! The one star I took off was for the lack of view. The location is near the end of the strip where it was quiet, but across the street, all you will see is another house's property and privacy fence. Also, this unit sits back off the street. If you want that front porch vibe, rent the big house. We knew the lake was over there, we just couldn't see it. I see they have added more updates and rearranged Suite 6 since we were there, making it even better. I recommend the Eagle Cliff Inn!!

A perfect location on the east end of the Geneva On The Lake "strip." Beautiful B&B which have been lovingly maintained by Lu and Jerry, who are two of the nicest people we have ever met! The rooms are clean and neat, the house is spacious and the kitchen area is made available to all guests. Each morning a delicious homemade breakfast is ready and waiting! We spent most of our time on the wonderful front veranda, enjoying a cocktail and the company of other guests. ||We would highly recommend staying here, and will surely be back the next trip to Geneva On The Lake!
Very nice historic inn lovingly owned and operated by Lu and Jerry. We have been treated like old friends during our short two night stay. The expansive wrap porch features a nice swing and cushioned wicker seating and ottomans and tables...perfect for reading people/car watching on the strip and nice breezes. A hot, hearty breakfast is included. This has been our mini vacation "home", and it is such a great value. We have especially enjoyed visiting with Lu and Jerry and other guests on the porch. The inn caters to adults/couples but they do have some cottages on site. We hope to return!
We rented the entire house; had a girls' night party. It was fabulous. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Bedrooms were all very comfortable with a bathroom in each room. The front porch was exceptional! We rented a golf cart to make access to the rest of the Strip easier. The only downside is there is no bathroom on the first floor.
A lovely bed and breakfast for couples in a historic building with updates to make it comfortable and cozy (AC, ceiling fans, fluffy towels, toiletries, etc...) This trip we stayed in the Lindsey’s Cay Suite, a large room with a king size bed and plenty of space. Three years ago we stayed in Kelly’s Island, a bit smaller room with a queen bed but just as nice. We love the porch swing and the music (mostly 60s and 70s). Guests can sit on the porch or living room relax and chat or do their own thing, whatever suits your mood and personality. Lu and Jerry and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good especially when the bacon is baked to melt in your mouth perfection. It is a short walk to the park next to Lake Erie to play catch or frisbee or listen to a live concert. Enough distance from the strip to be a little quieter and more relaxing but still only a short walk away. It is a short drive to the state park for the sand beach for wading, swimming or collecting stones and sea glass, if you have the patience to find any. We would definitely recommend Eagle Cliff Inn and will stay here again when we visit Geneva on the Lake, Ohio
