Coral is awesome! He went "above & beyond" to every level imaginable to get this laptop set up & functioning. There were many, many problems with Verizon, & other issues as well, but Coral handled everything with high priority & a calm demeanor. He even did whatever Verizon said, despite Verizon's contradictory instructions, & he was running in circles at times, but he never gave up or got frustrated. He handled it like a professional with a strong work ethic & desire to succeed. He even called me on a Friday night from a Verizon store, & that is merely one example of the strides he took to help us. He is truly a team player & overall stellar associate.
