E3 Boot Camp - Gym in Myrtle Beach - 3075 Waccamaw Blvd, USA

Been a member since March and I love it. The instructors are very encouraging and helpful and don’t “bark” at you like my former Boot Camp. Note to my former place … that is neither helpful nor enjoyable. E3 has been so supportive in helping me to reach my fitness goals and look forward to classes (and sad when I can’t make it some days due to work commitments). Thanks E3!! ❤️

Staff is friendly, always open to adjusting workout to your needs, class sizes are manageable, everything about my experience was wonderful.

E3 is my first “boot camp” experience. I’ve been a member of other gyms in the past and although one of them was open 24 hours, which gives great flexibility, E3 is my first experience where I have the perfect combination of a flexible schedule with the added resources of great teachers and instructors to push you to reach your goals. The workouts are highly effective yet simple enough that anyone can do them. This is the first time I feel like I’m being set up for long term success as it pertains to my health and wellness goals. 30 minute workouts throughout the day leaves no excuses. Workouts are customizable to fitness level, difficult enough to change your body, but not so intense that they are impossible. Large space with constant cleaning procedures. Build the muscle and be the change you want to see.

I’ve tried so many gyms and E3 is the absolute best! They keep it clean, everyone is so nice and welcoming, and every 30 minute workout is perfect for you to push yourself no matter your own limitations! Jen, the owner, is literally so understanding, so knowledgeable and helpful when getting me started with the nutrition side, and always has fun interactive workout activities through the holidays and normal days! I am actually excited to go workout everyday! Plus with covid going on, the trainers and Jen do a phenomenal job of separating, sanitizing, having a bunch hand sanitizer/wipes available while still having a great workout! Thank you E3 for helping me to change my life!

I love E3! I have been going for over a year now. They keep you motivated when you start to fall off and see what you need help with. The exercises are always fun and different and definitely keep your heart rate up. They have helped keep me in track with my goals and I have lost 60 lbs by keeping up. It's an awesome gym!

I have had an AWESOME experience at E3 so far (joined in December 2020). Great trainers, tough workouts, excellent communication and encouragement! I can honestly say that Jen and every single trainer cares deeply about the success of all members which means a lot to me! Thanks so much to E3!
