My girlfriend and I went into E-tech service and repairs roughly 2 months ago to purchase a glass cover for her Samsung Galaxy S8+. Eddie, upsold us on the professional installation of the glass cover by his employee. After we purchased the cover and the installation for roughly $35.00 we were assured by Eddie if there were any issues he would help us. Literally, a day later there was a large crack across the glass case yet the phone was never dropped or tampered with. The following weekend we returned and Eddie told us he was all out of glass cases and we had to come back in 2 weeks. One month later we returned to his store and he still claimed he didn't have any cases. We asked for a refund and he refused. He even accused my girlfriend of intentionally breaking the glass case on her own which is completely illogical. Eddie is a compulsive liar and unprofessional. Don't trust a word he says or buy from his shady operation.
They have always fixed any problems with any of my I phones, quickly and excellent craftsmanship. Today I needed to set up yet another phone with a cell plan, etc. and the are always so friendly and knowledgeable that it needs to be reemphasized. So many of the people their are just downright mean but not their shop. I highly recommend shopping there for all your cellular needs.
