E Service - Legal services in Apache Junction - 212 W Superstition Blvd, USA

Due to a communication issue with my current denist's office (due to high turnover and lack of communication between themselves), and no notifications despite them stating they mailed me notifications in December, January, February, and March AND payments coming out of my checking to pay them, they sent me to collections to these people. The letter I received is dated 4/6/21 and the number is out of service. How am I supposed to contact the correct people if your letters are sketchy and do not have the correct number? When calling the dentist's office, they gave me the same number and said to talk to John. Upon telling her that this was the number I called, she said she would have them call me. Still waiting 30 minutes later.

This company added my info including my ssn to the collection and reported it to the credit bureau for a service my exhusband had from a dental company in 2016. I was legally divorced so filed in the United States in 2010, his dental service was received in 2017. I have lived in co for 11 years, this service was performed in Arizona. I called and spoke to E Service inc and they were simply victims of not know we were divorced.... really?? How did my ssn get involved if you had no clue we got divorced? You had to have searched his info and found a connection somewhere. Thanks to this company my credit score went down 65 points and I can't get a student loan for my daughter.... I had nothing to do with any of this and a college kid is the victim. How do people sleep at night? Go after the person who is named.... don't go after other people.

John Perry owner of E Services is giving the dental office managers and staff kick backs on the collections he is getting from my patient's and other dentist accounts. In other words the more the dental managers send patients to collections the more money he pockets the more kickbacks he pays office mangers. I found a signed contract between him and my front office girl giving her 15% of collection fees, so the more patient accounts she sent him the more money they both made. This is illegal and I was never made aware of it. He is a crook.

Can not get in touch with these people to pay off a simple bill in collections! Absolutely terrible!
