A really great gym. Clean. Lots of amenities. Great value. Friendly helpful staff. It does get busy at this location.

I’ve been going to this Eos for over a year now, single mom who uses the kids club regularly. If you’re looking for a gym with a fantastic kids club this is it! Manda the regional kids club compliance manager ensures the staff are trained thoroughly and the kids club is kept to a high standard, she is always working to make sure us parents are taken care of and feel our kids are too. I never worry when I leave my son here for my workout. The gym and equipment itself is clean and up-kept ! Love this place

I have enjoyed coming to this gym, staff is very friendly and helpful. A mistake was made on my membership and Bodie jumped right on it right away and not only did they fix the mistake, they took extra care of me. Love these guys

EOS corporate, Please pay attention and do something to improve the gym experience for so many members that pay good money to better themselves and their health. 1. Deep cleaning should happen at night when there is less impact on members. This includes corners and under equipment that look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. 2. Please fix the bathroom automatic facets that only stay on for 3-5 seconds, or barely come on at all. We are trying to wash our hands properly. Also, these sinks need some attention. Pour some bleach or Drano down those things. They smell like years of self grooming and disappointment. 3. Today there was a fully dressed Mandalorian with a light saber performing/practicing/becoming an internet sensation? in the area right by the front desk and all the employees. I’m not knocking the cosplay or the level of commitment but is that really gym appropriate?? Are there any rules that get enforced? Or should I just plan on bringing my drum set in next week and setting up my drumming workout wherever I want? 4. Equipment - there are always several pieces of equipment that are down. I’ve seen the same treadmill get worked on at least 4 times. Eventually it’s time to replace… or stop members from misuse/abuse of equipment. 5. Paper towels and spray stations. WE WANT TO WIPE DOWN THE EQUIPMENT. Please make it easy by keeping the cleaning stations stocked. On that note, why can’t we have paper towels in the bathrooms instead of those disgusting Dyson Germ Blowers? I’m sure the Dysons would be fine if they were ever cleaned. I hope you receive this as a sincere request for improvement. Not just griping. It’s been going on for over a year. Yours truly, an old school weight lifter that has never complained to a gym before in his life!!

Well your facility is never stocked or cleaned, corporate just increases rates without letting members know m, they mess up billing all the time. Just go find a private gym or buy a peloton. Not worth the headache or money. The parking lot is a mess. Avoid this gym at all costs.

Love this gym! Great equipment, plenty of space, clean and modern design, and a nice big sauna in each locker room. Not a fan of the sales people, they are really pushy and ask you over and over to give them names of your friends and family. I felt like I was in a bad sales class, so just be prepped for that.

Waiting upfront for any kind of staff member is a daily thing in the mornings. If you’re going to sneak in without a membership mornings is definitely the time to do it. Equipment is fairly well kept and gym is clean but way overcrowded and a challenge for anyone trying to be intentional with the time they have to workout. The trainers often see you standing at the front desk and walk right past with their heads down to say “that’s not my job”

The equipment and area is always kept clean. Its never too crowded even when the parking lot is full. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that it's always cold in there but mid workout you're grateful for it. Update: I've been going here for over year now and my only con of this place is that the locker rooms are always dirty. They have a sign up sheet in the bathrooms where staff checks "every couple hours" but it's never filled out and always outdated by at least 2 days. At one point the pool area smelled like poo and a month later the health department shut down their pool and hot tub. When they finally reopened it a month later the chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes before you even made into the pool. Weight area and machine area is still kept clean and its mostly because of members. I think a gas station bathroom is cleaner than their bathrooms. In the winters there are homeless people who sleep in the sauna or relaxation chairs. At one point one of them had an alter in the sauna and became aggressive if you went inside. Staff didn't do anything about them until they attacked their night desk receptionist. Police came.
