𝙎𝙋𝙊𝙄𝙇𝙀𝙍: Dynasty Inn was purchased by Motel 6. The Dynasty Inn has been doing a Major Revamp. They have brand new beds, mini-fridge, brand new TV, newly remodeled sink, new floor, new paint, new microwave and restroom. They look like Motel 6 now. * 🅳🅸🆂🅰🅳🆅🅰🅽🆃🅰🅶🅴: OVERALL 𝗛𝗬𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗘: 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿. 1. MOTEL MANAGEMENT: Very very very Poor. Dynasty Inn/Motel 6 needs to fire that "DAY" (Not Night) Motel Manager (Bald man with eyeglasses) for his racist and has the most unpleasant rudest 🅡🅐🅒🅘🅢🅣 Attitude of any Motel Managers I had ever encountered. TIP: Just wait for the Night Motel Manager, he got an Elvis hairstyle. He is more helpful and realistic to ask help with. 2. Towels & Toiletries: My family of four stayed 6 days, for that six days, they only gave me two sets of Towels. Despite I asked the Motel for replacement of used / wet towels, they never replaced. Also, the manager is giving me attitude every time I asked for replacement but never got one. 3. Bed Covers: During my six days stay, I observe the 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨/𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 white bed sheets and the brown thick blanket and even the white mattress cover, they never replaced or laundry, after the renters leaves. The housekeepers just tucked it in the unwashed the white bed mattress cover. 4. Housekeepers: They dont come everyday, only after you leave. You have to put your trash outside the room for them to replace with new liner. All these House Keepers are Spanish speakers. I notice the management will never hire English Speakers. Dynasty Inn are so racist. Dynasty Inn only hire Spanish Speakers/Hispanic race. 5. TV - its new but it stuck to one channel. The manager will never come to fix, will ask someone who cant speak English to speak to a non spanish speaker. All they do is give you another remote control and the problem still unresolved. 6. PARKING: The manager is so paranoid if you go even slightly the White line partition. They will knock loudly in the morning on your door without respecting you are asleep. 7. CONSTRUCTION: They are very active in the upgrade. At this moment, this is NOT a best place to rest, they are very loud with their construction. They start 6:30 am banging and ends around 5-6pm. 8. 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗮 𝗞𝗜𝗗-𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗬 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘: The Day Motel Manager will scold you if your child is sitting outside blowing with bubbles quietly despite your child was just infront of your window/door that you can visibly see. Less than 5-7 feet away from you. On the last day of my stay. The manager expect you to be out by 9 am, despite the checkout is 11am. So, while my family is waiting for the ride, the Hotel Manager refused for me and my children to sit & wait at the Motel Lobby. The 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 Manager kick out my family and my little kids (all under 7 year old) to wait the side street despite we paid 6 days of stay. The manager does not care if its not safety for the kids.

Room was updated and clean. Tv was decent and the service was great. The workers there are nice. We had a good experience staying there. Bed was big and comfortable. Half the rooms were closed for renovations but it stayed pretty quiet during our stay. No loud working noises that were too much to handle.

This place would be ok if the man at the front was not rude and had better customer service. While attempting to make requests the man at the front did not listen, he rudely interrupted, and yelled without any reasoning to do so. They didn’t answer the phone when we called from the room. He was very quick to be irritated, and refused to accommodate our reasonable request for new towels, our trash to be taken out, to fix the tv remote not working properly, and the Wi-Fi not working. These request were made before 12pm, yet the maintenance person reported they have too many rooms to clean as an excuse, and left without servicing our room(new towels and trash). I would not recommend supporting nor patronizing this business at all, as they/he seemed too rude and arrogant to offer reasonable customer service, and common visitor accommodations. After reviewing the reviews, I see that this business has been slum lording for some years now. They don’t deserve to be in business if they are going to treat their customers the way we have.

Terrible hospitality. I wanted to give a nice review because the room was nice and there were so many bad reviews already but the staff completely ruined our stay experience. Everyone except the guy that works the overnight shift provided horrible customer service. The house keeping was awful too. The older man with glasses especially as he was disrespectful and not helpful at all. The tv in our room was stuck on one channel our entire stay and the wifi did not work in our room. We had to go outside of our room and walk closer to the elevator to get the wifi to work. We asked the staff to fix the tv and wifi every day and all they did was give us a new remote which didn’t solve the problem and blamed the wifi not working on the weather. There was no bad weather... My family and I stayed here for 6 nights total. The house keeping lady only came by once to give us clean towels and empty trash. There was four of us in the room and we were only provided two sets of towels. When we asked the front desk staff about housekeeping they seemed annoyed and inconvenienced but eventually told us they would ask the housekeeper to at least bring towels but she never did. I wanted to like this place. The newly renovated rooms are decent and fairly clean but the staff will completely ruin your stay if they do not receive training in customer service and DEC.

The rooms were very nasty the carpet was nasty the bathroom was nasty they had mold in the ceiling the room smell like smoke I do not recommend no one standing there I would even take my pet there. And you would think just because it's in Gardena in a good area that the room will be clean and it's a no for me.

Horrible place. Stay away, does not feel safe at all. Guy who checked me in at 3:30 am was great, friendly, and deserves recognition for such. Morning staff completely ruined it, specifically the rude old creepy dude with glasses that obnoxiously knocked on the door several times before check out. We were out of the room by 11, there is absolutely 0 reason to be knocking so loud especially after I had already responded to the knocking. I paid for a room until 11am. The fact your staff is interrupting us before checkout is absurd, it seemed like he was intentionally trying to anger us. Asked the guy as I was leaving if check out was 11 to make sure we were not late, he said nope, check out is 11. No apology or anything. Worst part is when we left he didn’t even go into the room to start cleaning, so he was literally just kicking us out earlier than check out.. Cool… On top of that, I heard someone trying to open the door several times between 9am-11am while my girlfriend was sleeping. I have no idea if it was the same man, but completely unacceptable behavior.

0 ZERO stars. Awful place. Office staff rude Night/day. Elevator dirty. Bathroom was filthy as heck bathtub had ring of dirt around the tub hair in on & around toilet tub and sink just nasty
