I have been a customer of Dymin for decades, since they were located in Johnston, Iowa. They provide quick service at a reasonable price. Friendly staff, and great communication with the customer.

Poor attention to detail and bad computer knowledge. I took my computer in to replace a broken hinge, go down a rabbit hole and need my screen and some other repairs done. Went well and some unexpected repairs came up, that I accepted. However, while being a graduate student and having online job interviews, I discovered my camera had not been reconnected during my repairs. I lost functionality from before I took my computer in to get repaired, I do not recommend Dymin.

I have been going to Dymin Systems for my computer problems over the last few years and the staff is great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently, Owen was able to walk me through an issue I was experiencing over the phone and he resolved it quickly. I highly recommend them!

I had bought a prebuilt gaming PC from an online seller in 2013 and began having problems with it overheating in 2015 due to it being in a small case. I took it to Dymin and they diagnosed my problems, and suggested I switch my components to a larger case with better airflow. They did the work and everything worked fine. The reason I am writing this review now, 5 years later is because as I've become more knowledgeable about computers and began replacing my own parts, I noticed some of the mistakes they made. They replaced my 600W gold certified power supply with a 450W power supply that was lower than the minimum recommended wattage of my components by 100W. They only hooked up one of my case fans (which I assume is because there is only 1 fan header on my motherboard, although there is a fan connector on the power supply that they chose for me), and they did absolutely no cable management, even though there were specific channels for cable management in the case (that once again, they picked for me). The computer stopped overheating and worked for many years after, but if I had not been clueless about computer hardware at the time, I would've been less satisfied.

Needed some parts last minute, they had a lot of options and what I needed. Tools, case screws, fan screws, cords, devices, they have everything and at great prices for consumers. They don't take advantage of you locally marking prices up from online. Highly recommend supporting Dymin!

Great first impression on behalf of the staff. Service done on my computer was quick and a 1 day thing. Love the company and sounds like the best place in Iowa for a repair. I did get a little over charged on the new part. It costed 50 dollars on Amazon and they charged me around $75. Not a big difference, still would recommend to anyone that needs a good quality quick repair.

I have used Dymin for repairs a few times and have been satisfied with those repairs. They built my tower several years ago and it has been a great computer. I have picked a few of their rebuilt laptops and have been happy with them. In fact I purchased a rebuilt laptop a couple weeks ago and have been happy with it (even tho I have to learn Windows 11 lol)

I was going to build a Windows gaming computer. I have ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease), and VERY limited manual dexterity, so I was going to be the brains, and my wife was going to be my hands. I spent 6 weeks watching YouTube videos, ao it can't be that hard, right? Everything went great for 7 or 8 days, and we were having a great time. Then I got confused, and my wife stopped talking to me. I Googled 'computer service' and found Dymin. Justin came out to our house, analyzed the problem, and suggested that it would be best to take it to Dymin. He came back the next afternoon, picked it up, and brought this back the next day. The first day, Dymin called to confirm the appointment, told me the technician's name, and told me'd be driving a white Dymin Kia. Overall, I could not be more impressed with Dymin!
