He was very quick to return my call and offered to take my dying laptop in right away. After taking a brief look he found a reasonably priced replacement drive that evening and even with some minor shipping delays he had it back to me in no more than a week, working great and running better than it ever had before. And for about half of what the bigger retail store quoted me, because I definitely called around. Saving money was the name of the game for me and he took extra care to make sure we had the most affordable solution, and even still provided me with grade A+++ service. Texting/calling me with any important updates and asking my preference anywhere that needed it, I felt like Dan cared about my system just as much as anyone who goes to him. He really wanted to make sure I had the best replacement for the cost and that he could save any and all files from the old drive that he was able to. I'll never go to anyone else with a computer issue again.

Most of the time when we need a computer repair, we do not find satisfaction. Dan is the exception. He was prompt in repairing even though he was very busy. Also, he did more than was expected.
