Old plaza in need of updating and repairs, BUT DON'T LET THAT STOP YOU FROM VISITING PIZZA PHIL'S! Best pie in the county!

The shopping center needs a lot of curbside appeal and an eye sore to the community, many pot holes in the parking lot, this gad been going on for decades!!! Some of the stores have leaking ceilings, you xan smell mildew in some if tge stores. I don't know who the landlord is, but I wish he would fix up this strip mall, definitely does not fit in with Dutchess County.

It's a big strip mall with plenty of parking and a wide variety of mostly local shops. The pavement is pretty rough all around.

This is one of the Old School (og) shopping plazas of the area . Old A&P. They have a bunch of different stores, Jerricks has been there forever and they're like an old school General store/thrift shop vibe. My father used to buy mechanic shops equipment there and I still have some of the stuff working today. Ocean state job lot is the Main Store I'd the plaza and they have a ton of stuff almost like a poor man's Walmart if that makes sense lol . Pizza places. Laundromat. Restaurant bar in the middle of parking lot . And a bank on the end . O and there's a used car dealership right next door and a gas station across the street with a car wash. What more could you want in a plaza!?

Nothing like a good flea market. Great vendors inside and on the lot. You may find just about anything there. I have found great deals on tools, art, collectables and a whole lot more. The food vendors are good as well. Stop by and check them out. Open on Saturday and Sunday. I believe around 8:30 or 9:00.

I love all the private shops. When I am in the area,I try and support the local businesses. Nature's pantry is my favorite

My sister and I go here every weekend, it's really quiet and really quick because when we go there's no one there...if so maybe one or two people! It's not always the cleanest but only in the way of carts all over and dryer sheets all over the place but the machines are clean and all work!
