Just a regular dutch bros, the staff is friendly enough and the red bull twists are good. Would be five stars except the last time I went there was a homeless man brandishing a pipe in the drive through. I knew he wasn't normal when he started using incorrect racial slurs towards me (I am very white). When the lovely cashier went to hand me my drink, the man swung and broke my driver side mirror before trying to attack the drink that was being handed to me. It ended up being dropped and I had to drive away before the man started breaking anything else.
Dutch Bros has great seasonal coffee and other drinks which are delicious. I appreciate that they also have many options for vegans to enjoy their delicious lattes too!
What can I say that hasn't been said before. Service is always at a premium at all of the locations I have been at in multiple states.

Love their coffee, but the team that they have at the Prescott Valley store is really lacking in the greeting/caring department is very negative uncaring. It use to be that they would ask how we are doing and/or what we were doing that day. We have gone to the Prescott store and get the greeting, they ask our names so the next time we come thru, they can greet us by name and we, in turn, can greet them by name. We really miss this.
I've come here for several years. I down graded them a few stars. The vibe the last few times I've come by has been really off with long wait times (20 minutes! ) and the workers are not very customer service oriented like they used to. It's not the same. People cutting you off in line and the workers not caring. It's just really different now. Not in a good way!
Wow, what a mad difference in drive-thru employees...comparing McDonalds next door. Lilly at the window was amazingly happy, upbeat and courteous at 6am on a Sunday and the barista, Katie, was just as amazing and super happy to be making an iced Americana at 6am.
Kudos to the management and owners on hiring such super employees, training and having expectations met!

Long lines, but they burn through them fairly quickly. Very friendly staff. We drive 15 minutes past multiple different coffee shops to come here.

We did the entire loop around Watson Lake and it was Amazing. We did the tree house loop as well and went down to see the Secret Cove. We also added the outside loop of Flume Trail. The Over the Hill section is the toughest part.
Absolutely amazing!! So happy to have this here. Its perfect for all ages even adults can play in the splash pad with their kids! The park and pad are connected which makes it so much easier for the kids to go back n forth between them and the grass

The Sharlot Hall Museum was so nice to visit! There was so many historical artifacts to see, ranging from natural history, Native American History, and Western history. We especially enjoyed walking through the Governor's Mansion and Fremont House.
