I LOVE Dutch Bros! I've been a loyal customer of DB since moving to Arizona in 2018. I have tried different coffees, but my usual is a Iced Black tea, Double Rainbro, 2x extra sweet. It's good IF you like sweet tea😋 I also enjoy the broista's energy and patience when I see them at 5:00 in the morning! Great place!

Ironically, I'm not really a coffee drinker....I do not like hot coffee at all. But, I do like a good iced coffee if made for my taste. The QC Dutch Bros is always very friendly and they listen to how I want my drink....more sweet than coffee, lol....and they always make it right!

I usually coffee early and lines are long. Consistently a quick process and drinks are correct. Unsure on other locations but typically when you pull to window a pungent smell comes through the window. Not of offer but of sewer. Think they need to do a deep clean of their drainage pipes.

The coffee itself is usually pretty good, the service is mediocre. Long lines and staff likes to just chat and chat away while the line continues to grow… I understand building rapport with your customers, but to an extent. When I went today, it was the staff member’s mom in line in front of me and she stayed there chatting for a while just laughing and joking away. Also, the prices have gone up significantly and is even more expensive than Starbucks. I got a Large 911- no modifications and it was almost $10. Absurd 🤦‍♀️

I’ve brought my dogs to this Dutch bros weekly for pup cups for the past few months. Yesterday I had to put one of my dogs down and today I brought my other dog to get a pup cup to cheer him up. The girl remembered I normally had two dogs with me and brought out an extra dog treat since I only ordered one pup cup. The staff here is so kind and makes the upmost effort to remember their customers and even their customers dogs, you guys are the sweetest💗

Love this location so much! I got a drink at the location on Riggs and it wasnt good at all. But this location never messes up my drink and everyone is so nice.

This Dutch Bros location gets it. The other locations nearby are incredibly slow. Here they don't spend 20 mins talking to each car. They are fast with making drinks and getting you on your way. I actually drive daily out of my way to get this location instead of the other two closer to me. Thank you for being fast and consistent!

Got my drink, tasted wrong and was more expensive than expected. Took it back and found out my order was taken incorrectly. They refunded the charge and remade the drink correctly. Appreciate the customer service and quick correction.
