The only reason for 4 stars is because we received an iced coffee once after ordering it hot and did not have time to have them remake it. I chalk it up to an off day, usually great service.
We went thru the drive thru and asked our server for a strawberry chai mixed with a cocomo. They very kindly told us how we could purchase that mixed drink again and even referred us to get a reciept so we know how to order next time! And then at the window we were able to get a water aswell and they were very kind in giving us a receipt even after the transaction went thru.(had to go back and print one out but it wasnt made into a big deal) 😊❤️❤️ thank you guys!!
Always a Great experience great service my wife and I try to get 1 a day if $$$ allows it. Picture Perfect is my choice my wife likes the cocomo. My son love the golden eagle plus my daughter gets same as my wife. 2nd Street location Edmond
Not impressed. First off the wait in the drive thru took a while. I was in line for about 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Not that big of a deal to me though. The service was great that’s the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars, I would be giving 2. Once I finally got to the window everything was smooth and quick and staff was friendly. The coffee however…. I got a small cold brew with cream and vanilla. The taste was good but they put so much dang ice in my drink I couldn’t even put my straw down into the cup. I probably won’t be going back for that simple fact that I paid almost $6 for a small cup with ice and like 6oz of coffee.
My friend has been telling me for a couple of years to try Dutch Bros coffee. I finally did the other day an WOW! This coffee was fantastic. Although it took a while to get through the drive-thru, it was worth it. The coffee has a wonderful, bold flavor. The gal was really nice explaining the coffee options. I wish I had tried this a couple of years ago when my friend told me to! Lol. Check it out if you haven't! We got the Pumpkin Caramel Brule. Yum!
The people here are amazing and fast! Super friendly and always trying to get you in and out. The only complaint is the drive thru, for some reason people think that they can’t use one of the lanes. I feel like there needs to be a sign that says to go into the shortest lane. I’ve seen multiple people get into arguments over who is going since everyone piled into one lane, and then one car goes into the other empty lane and one is mad because they “cut the line.” Never seen this happen anywhere else so idk why it happens here lol. Anyways great place to get coffee!!
Everyone is so sweet. I’m glad a location opened up closer to my way to work. My favorites are golden eagle freeze with extra caramel drizzle & whip cream or the banana bread with carm driz & whip!
