First timer at Dutch Bros and this was our stop before heading back to Long Beach and wow the customer service was beyond amazing. It was really early in the morning and the weather was extremely windy but the staff was so friendly with good attitude. We chatted and made our day by making us laugh and it was a great way to start my morning. I wished I remembered my cashier bc he was such an awesome person. He took his time to explain the drink menus and gave us recommendations and we loved them all. When we were heading out he was at the drive thru taking orders and the line was moving swiftly. Lastly, drinks where all delicious will be come back if I’m near the area. Such a great experience.
First time trying Dutch Bros, the staff coming out to take your drive through order was a nice touch. Unfortunately only a fraction of the menu us posted on the board so it's hard to know thier offerings if you're a rookie customer. The mocha was delicious!
The way the drive thru is set up is VERY ANNOYING. My last few times through Barstow they served customers who arrived after me frst. I don't blame the employees because there is no way for them to tell who arrived first. Today I drove off without ordering. The way the drive thru is set up at the Rainbow location in Vegas annoys me too. 3 stars because I Iike their cooperate culture. From CO to CA the emplyees are always cool.
The staff at this location is unmatched, they are friendly, helpful and have great customer service. I don’t go to any other coffee shops in town anymore. Just left about 10 minutes ago, wasn’t sure what to order and they suggested a drink that one of the staff makes really well. It was amazing. Thank you, you are doing an amazing job.
I just moved to Barstow and I been to this coffee place about 3 times already , and I mean I love everyone energy when I pull up it's always lots of smiles and very welcoming. The person who happens to take my order from time to time is the manager Cameron , and he's such a ball of joy I asked a question today and his energy went very high , hes always have a smile and don't hesitate when it comes to his customers . I'll be apart of the team real soon thank dutch for having me apart of the fanily
This is an update to my last review. They’ve gotten much better. When they first opened, they were a mess. I still don’t come here that much, but my last few experiences haven’t been bad at all. Previous review: Super slow. I stopped going just because of how long they take. It’s just crazy. The staff is super young, even management, which I wouldn’t mind if they knew what they were doing, but I had an interaction with the store manager once, idk if it’s still the same one; she looked like she was in her early 20s. Anyway, she didn’t seem like she really knew what she was doing and it looked chaotic in there. Plus, you get to the window and most of them won’t even greet you. So much to say! I’m actually surprised they have more than 3 stars! I’m not the type that usually leaves reviews, especially negative ones. I own a business too and I know how much it can affect, but they really need to do something about or this business will end up closing too :/
Great service and awesome people! I love the coffee and teas with my own syrup. Green tea with coconut, res raspberry, and 2 pineapple!
Dutch bros is always a great spot to stop by for a snack and drink. The staff here is really kind and friendly, it was just me and my friends there and we had a conversation with one of the workers for like 10 minutes. Really cool people and even when we ordered something that wasn’t on the menu they helped us get something we’d like. They have bangers playing through the speakers, great atmosphere. I got the Rocky Hill tea and it taste great as well as a orange muffin top I got. Great service and great drinks. Follow me on Instagram @tbpmatt
A great side trip from the main road to see some cool rock formations. The off-road trail was easy to drive, and the colors and scenery were amazing. It's a nice, quiet place to explore and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
I usually find roads to be just that, but Route 66 is different. It feels melancholy, wistful. It makes me think of all the hopes, dreams, and individuals that traveled it going somewhere in search of better futures. Worth a visit, a pull over, and a
I am addicted to Mexican food and La Mesa is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The food is incredibly delicious. Street tacos had a lot of additions and well-seasoned meat. Sopapilla is also heavenly. If you're nearby, be sure to t
Wow! My albondigas soup was so good, and my husband liked his carnitas burrito so well that he picked up another one the next time he went through Barstow. Totally funky hole-in-the-wall place, but the food is great! Portions are generous.
