This Dutch Bros is quite possibly the best. I ordered and iced Americano, at the walk up window. The server asked if my giant dog would like a pup cup. My girl lost her mind. Whipped cream and a biscuit? Best day ever!! Oh, right, my coffee was fantastic too.

Go to estrella location, (trust)1/5/24 10:30pm drive thru- girl, apparently her conversation with customer ahead was more important: than promptly getting waiting orders out, therefore that = cold non hot coco had to reheat at home. What a shame ☠️

Dutch Bros is delicious even though there was a long line this day it was just bc something that was going on just for that day 12:00pm-6:00pm otherise it's usually not this long I really recommend this place especially the double chocolate mocha freeze, electric Berry soda, and the candy cane freeze during the holidays.

I’ve been here a couple of times, this isn’t my go to location, but I may have to move over here. The service is on point and the people who work there are always so friendly. I’ve never had any problems with an order, my drinks are always perfect. My car stalled in the drive through today, and I was so embarrassed. Jack and Youssef and the rest of the team made sure I was taken care of. They helped push my car through the line, made sure I was hydrated, and reassured me that it was okay. Obviously I wish I didn’t have car problems, but I’m glad that I did with people who were so ready to help. If you guys see this, thank you so much.

It started when the order taker came to my window and I notice his shirt was stained and filthy. Then I pull up to get my order and I share with the barista that my dirty chai was too blonde, she didn’t offer to fix it she said it was fine. Handed it to me and I said it is dripping and she said it’s fine and wiped it. As I pulled away and brought the drink into my car to have it continue to drip all over my clothes. I look closer and realize the cup has a leak. We return to the store I walk up to the drive thru window to the same barista and tell her the cup she gave me is leaking. She and another start freaking out that I wakes up to the drive thru window. So I go around to the walk up window and ask for the manager. A lady comes over and said she was the lead. She started in on me about going up to the drive thru window. I told her about my experience in the drive thru and she only had excuses and unsympathetic apology. At one point another female decided to get involved and tells me I am not allowed to speak to people that way. I wish I would have asked her what way, because I was not the one who made my drink wrong and handed me a defective cup. My husband then came over to get a wet rag to wipe the coffee off the door of my car. She lady said she would get a paper towel. He asked again for a wet rag because it was sticking to the car. She brought back a dry rag and said they are not allowed to give out rags. Needless to say it was a bad experience and and I was very disappointed in the lack or service.

Rebel drink was filled with ice, hardly no drink. Not only was there coffee all over the sides of the cup that spilled and made a mess in my car, but they do not make your drinks how you request… they make them however they want. This is what extra caramel drizzle looks like.

Thought it would be a long wait at the drive thru but it went pretty smoothly and not as long as I excepted. They do have to lanes and it combines into one. They have employees that are outside taking your order and by the time your at the window you will have your drink/drinks ready. My favorite is the iced caramelizer. So chocolatey and good. They also have tables and chairs to sit outside and you can order your drink at the walk up. Also May 10 they will be donating all the proceeds to end ALS. Come and get a drink to support Muscular Dystrophy Association.

I have been coming here since I moved here in 2020. The people are always fricken nice even when I roll in the drive-thru with my patrol car. The drinks are always good too! Keep being awesome 😎
