Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee shop in Surprise - 13855 W Bell Rd, USA

I'm doing 4 stars on the food because I've gotten orders from this place before that were a bit disappointing, however, that has nothing to do with the experience I am about to talk about. I meant to do this sooner and I had a review typed up but I forgot and ended up losing the review. A few nights ago I took my sister to this location to cheer her up after a bad day and an employee by the name of Sarah managed to cheer her up more in 10 minutes than I could do all evening lol. Sarah has a huge personality and is super sweet. You can tell she has a great spirit and it makes sense that she is actually in management, people like that always get promoted because it is deserved. Eve (or Eevee, I'm not sure) also was very sweet. We bugged her with a lot of questions but she was super nice about it and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Thanks for giving us a great night to remember guys! It wasn't just a transaction to get a drink, it was a memorable experience, and that only happens when you have the right staff. Keep it up, guys :)

This place rocks. They keep the line moving by taking your order at your car while you're in line. They are super friendly and kind too. I did try a muffin top, which I didn't like, but I was there for the coffee anyway, not the food.

Loved it! The seasonal drinks were delicious, but the wait was a bit long for walk up. It was Black Friday, so that played into it, of course,and in the end, all our drinks were wonderful. I would visit again when I'm back in the Surprise area.

I love Dutch and have it pretty often. My go to is typically the cold brew with sf vanilla, but I also LOVE an iced green tea with strawberry, watermelon add coconut and peach drizzle on days I’m not avoiding sugar. Service is usually great at this location and since they’ve opened a few other locations nearby the lines here aren’t as rough and long as they used to be. This is a drive thru location only so can’t talk to much about decor. They do offer a shaded outdoor patio.

So ridiculous. If you walk up to the window to order, expect to wait 10-15 min for 2 drinks. While the drive thru blazes by. An off the clock employee walked up about 8 min after we ordered and she had her drink and left by the time we got ours. This Dutch sucks.

I just ordered this night, it wasn't until I had gotten home and drank my drink that I found plastic bits in my drink! I don't know what it's from and I've never had this happen at any other Dutch I've been to.

If they’re going to have two drive through lanes they should serve both at the same speed. The other lane went through TWICE the amount of cars with someone outside taking orders before my line ever moved. Make sure you have 45 minutes to wait in line if you come here.

Would give no stars but had to give 1. Sat in line waiting for 1 of the 2 girls who were taking orders to stop playing with the dog in a car. This is very unprofessional we had to be somewhere and they were holding every one up.
