If the manager isn't on duty you WILL be waiting 20-45 minutes for a coffee. Place is great when she's working. When she isn't they take at least ten minutes per car. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Not a one time thing this happens a lot. Worked in customer service for 8 years, if It took me ten minutes to make two drinks you wouldn't make it to the end of your first day.
Was so excited to have dutch bros after just moving back up north. I ordered an ER911 with caramel, all I taste are burnt coffee grounds very disgusting and disappointing.

Went to same location twice today. They messed up a simple latte and don't understand tempid. They had their music too loud and we had to give them our order 4 times before they heard it. Super slow. Then they messed up my blended drink on the 2nd trip. And nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Definitely not as good as the one we have in our hometown. That one is always amazing.
We were driving around trying to find a coffee place open in North Bend and Coos Bay and then we noticed they were open. I was so happy , and the girl who took care of us was so bubbly and had a great personality. Thank you so much

This is a drive thru coffee shop. The workers are young and energetic, and always has a smile and a good attitude. Coffee is the absolute best!!!
