My first experience with this place was 5 star! The face to face order taker was very pleasant and helpful. The girl at the drive-thru window was easy going and made me feel like a valued customer. Kudos to the management for training their employees well. Not something you see often these days. I will bring my family next time!

FIVE GOLD STARS always for this most excellent COFFEE shop! I've been coming here with my wife for several years now, and not only is their KICKER FREEZE one of their very best drinks, but their customer service is second to NONE! My particular (and probably unusual) request has always been to ask for a BLUE STRAW along with the drink - and these great people have been very accommodating! Greatly appreciate these very professional people and their most welcome smiles, service, rewards, promotions... and hey! their absolutely most wonderful: MEDIUM KICKER FREEZE - with a BLUE STRAW! Many thanks, guys! ~ Dan & Pat

Great attitude from the staff, and great service/coffee compared to other shops in the area. Only thing I'll say, is every now and then yall ruin my drink by making it WAY too sweet. Chill out on the syrup and you got 5 stars.

I love Dutch Bros and I think their drinks are so good. But at this location they way they expect a tip from me makes me uncomfortable. A little while back I ordered a drink and the girl working was so consumed in asking for a tip that she forgot to scan my app. Instead she was asking for a tip and finished the transaction, I asked her to scan my app and she proceeded to tell me it’s my responsibility to remember to get it scanned, which I tried to ask her to scan earlier but she was too busy asking for a tip. Another time I ordered 3 drinks, I told them I’d leave them $1 and the guy said “ really, just a dollar?!” I couldn’t believe he said that, and after he saw the shock on my face he said “ just kidding, thanks. Another time right after scanning my app the barista says to me “ ok I’m going to do a dollar tip, ok?” He didn’t even give me the option to tip. I have an experience like this pretty much every time I come here. I don’t mind tipping, but I only want to tip if I get good service, and I certainly don’t want to be expected to tip. I work really hard for my money and it makes me uncomfortable that they feel they are just entitled to tip themselves. I used to come here daily, now I go once every couple of months maybe

I don't know if something has changed recently, but every time I've been here for the last couple months, the coffee has been flavorless and weak. The employees are super nice and fast, but the coffee has become mediocre at best.

First time trying Dutch Bros. Was disappointed that they wouldn't put my order in the container I brought with me. Every other place I go does. Starbucks even offers a small discount, I assume to encourage the practice. Coffee was okay but little things affect a decision on where to go. La Posada Java is probably where I'll continue to go (except on Sunday).

Their coffee is delicious… when done right. I thought it was a one time thing but the last 3-4 times it was so watered down it breaks my heart. Such good flavor but maybe the “broistas” can’t get the amounts right.

First of all, best latte ever! It's abundantly clear why their coffee has won awards. The food was good but my favorite part of this restaurant was the atmosphere. Moqah is family owned and run with the most friendly and attentive owner I've ever had
