I like their drinks but i cant believe they include four shots in their premixes. If you go ANYWHERE else and ask for a 4 shot drink it is dark as night and puts u on a toilet and that premix is light as tea and definately isn't cleaning the pipes anytime soon.
Did not like this place whatsoever! The girl acted as if I was interrupting HER DAY! She made me rush through my order, and when I asked her about their different blended drinks, she just got irritated. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I then got my blended coffee, which did not have ANY coffee flavor whatsoever, I would have added more shots of coffee, but she didn't even wait for me to finish speaking before she was getting my debit card for the coffee. I would rather GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Don't bother going here!
Absolutely the best people I have met on my journey to Spokane . I was in town to spend time with my brother during his transition to heaven. I was visably upset and and they offered to pray for me. Wonderful, compassionate and walking the talk. God bless you all!

Very awesome and sweet people at this location. I think the person helping me tonight was Riley (?), he recommended the White Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Mocha! It tastes amazing and I definitely will be coming back for more :) I feel bad for coming in so close to closing but I was craving hot coffee and he definitely went above and beyond! Very friendly and fast service and has a nice personality! Thank you so much

Friendly staff all feel like individuals with a lot of character, less formality than what you may expect in other big companies but staff almost always have a smile.
Coffee is done well and consistently, out of 20 coffees I've ordered only one felt off somehow to me.
For the purposes of dining in or bringing friends, the atmosphere of the lobby is a stark contrast, being a lot more formal. Seating is comfortable though some choices with table height are a bit awkward for the chairs. Lobby lights on the bright side, about the level of a supermarket.
My barista was excellent. I came very early and despite the weather I wanted a cocomo freeze. The machine was in the process of beaning cleaned so she had to make it with a blender (I think). She asked if I would mind and I didn't. It was excellent. Her service was exceptional. I am always reminded why I frequent Dutch Bros only.
