Never had one bad experience until today. I was passenger and my mother was driving. She ordered her drink and my sisters. With a heavy Hispanic accent, the worker taking her order would say I don’t understand, I don’t know what you want. “I can’t hear you” causing my mom to become anxious and self conscious, we have never had this experience. It wasn’t until I told my mother to ask the worker if she was mad/upset. Which led to her ignoring her once again. I will not be coming back. And will let my friends/family know about this unfortunate encounter. Supper disappointed.
Everyone is typically so very nice until today, 09/13. Around 1:30, the guy who took my order was extremely disrespectful, interrupted me while I was on the phone (just to clarify/ update their order), and shouted at me so loudly that my cousin, who was on the other line, could hear. My cousin and I both come here very often and have never been treated this way. Very disappointed.
Seriously awesome caffeinated drinks. We love the Rebel energy drink infusions, and it’s really awesome how many ways you can customize your drink. Wish they had matcha!
This is now the Only place I'll get coffee. The customer service is incredible! The drinks are delicious and the variety is exciting.
I think you need another location in this area. The staff is great and trying to work everyone through, but I waited for 30 minutes today to get through the line although I'm sure weather played a part. Love the drinks though! The mocha raspberry is great :)
Everyone is always so genuinely happy here and really cares about you as the guest! The drinks are great but we come here for the awesome people too. Today we met Diksha and she wowed my parents for their first Dutch Bros experience. Props to the management for keeping this place so cool.
Slowest drive through line of all time, typical of Dutch Bros, and why I always regret coming here for sub par Americanos. Over 20 minutes for a coffee drive through is insane.
I had to change my review for service. The drive through at the Longmont Colorado location is absolutely terrible. Pulled in line with 5-6 cars ahead of me and waited almost 20 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. No sense of urgency at all.
Coffee is always great and customer service is genuine and kind! Always feel good leaving here. They finally have gluten free pastries too. The apple upside down is SO good!

Great running store and brewery in downtown Longmont. Really good shoe selection (comparable to or a bit better than Fleet Feet) and helpful workers. They put on great races as well (Sole Mates 5k in the fall is definitely worth doing).
