Takes so long to get a drink, I spend my whole lunch break to get a single coffee. The workers are all teenagers that listen to trap music with the window open, cursing and messing around where customers and kids can hear them. Wonder if management will ever address this or the negative reviews.
I love this place I just wish they do better on their speed of service. This place has to much to offer when it comes to drinks and it's even better in the app. No point of going to the window though if your in a rush. You will still have to wait for all the cars to get theirs first.
Visiting from out of town, heading out with deconstructed drinks for the journey. Understood the whole order , great customer service, great guys to come across. Thanks For the Brew!!!
The product is good . But the wait time is ridiculous. When I see a line of 10 cars & 2 people waiting at the window I personally feel all employees should be working making drinks . Instead there was 2 people working on a sign on the front of the building & 1 person out taking orders they couldn't get out fast enough. Only 2 inside working to make drinks. .
Ordered a snow cap freeze, it’s my favorite. This time was different though, it tasted horrible. It wasn’t sweet at all and had no sprinkles and the soft foam was runny. Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and $10 on a drink that is NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED.
Absolutely love this location! We are from TX and have several of these in our area and enjoy visiting them all! The attendants here are always extremely helpful and always beyond friendly! Even if something is no longer on the menu, they are HAPPY to make it for us as long as they have the product to do so! This is our MAIN stop every morning that we're in town!
Love this place! I never do the drive thru, takes entirely to long, I just park and walk up to the order window. I have only had to return a drink once in 10 months. I do feel that each barista makes the drink a little differently, they don't always look or taste the same but you still get a good drink. The staff is always friendly. If you haven't tried Dutch you NEED to. You will be hooked! With the app you earn points to get those free drinks. I ❤️ this place!
The Claremore Dutch Bros crew is AMAZING!!!
They have Ethan outside with the tablet & he is the perfect person for that. I know his positive attitude got me in a good mood and I heard the lady behind me laughing with him! Then Pellie at the window was very nice also! Both asked what I had planned for the day and wished me luck on my day ahead! Both were very genuine attitudes and that’s what us customers need in the morning to start our day off good!

Great place for a walk, to have a quiet picnic or bring your kids to play. There is a walk path that is maybe about a half mile if you walk it full circle. There is a walking Halloween story along the path. It was fun to walk and see the story. T
