Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee shop in Fountain - 6140 Timber Rail Point, USA

Amazing customer service and love love love the people who work at this location due to their kindness and time efficiency but food quality seems to be a bit of a concern. Today around 8am I went to get my coffee for the road and upon drinking more than half of it, I took a sip and noticed a weird chunk in it. I spit it out and looked in my cup just to find chunks in the cup that looked to be from using spoiled milk. There is distinct separation of the milk and ice and the chunks found are of totally different color and consistency compared to the ice.

So good I started ordering their coffee from their website for days I don't want to go out. My neighborhood D-Bros is awesome. Very friendly, not the forced awkward friendly like other places. Honestly I like their coffee and service so much it's now D-Bros or nothing for me.

We ordered the banana split coffee freeze(this is the first time we've been here) and it was DELICIOUS. The girl taking our order(she had no name tag) paid for them since it was out first time too🥹 The other girl at the window(also no name tag) was so, so sweet!! 100/10 would(and will) go to this place again.

Honestly, I don't follow trends. When this place opened and everyone lost their minds, I'd just laugh as I drove by and saw the massive double lines. And then my daughter saw the 'shine' and we had to go. Well those lines are deceptive. No matter how long the lines are, we've never waited more than 5 minutes. And the drinks are amazing, even after they ran out of shine. We live an hour out of town but when we come in, it's our first stop. And many times we stop again before heading home. Prices are surprisingly low, everyone who works here is great and friendly. I'll be back. Over and over again.

We've been here about 5 times before writing this review and every time we've came here, the drinks have been bad or our orders have been wrong. I used to be a barista too so I know unless the half and half was already curdled or bad or it's sugar free syrup which I absolutely never ask for, our regular Italian sodas have came to us constantly curdled.

The drinks are always wonderful. The wait is never very long. The staff is always very friendly, and they generally do a great job talking and interacting with you while you're waiting for your drink. They have a ton to choose from on the menu, and the pricing is always fair. Pair that with the mobile app and the points and deals they are always having, and you can't go wrong!

I love this place. I only had to try it once & I became addicted. They are the place I go to when I'm getting my day started. They have a drink for everyone you can also download there app from the play store & get daily deals. You can rack up point & don't have to worry about them expiring. The drinks are very very good & you can customize any drink they even have a drink for your 4 legged friends & kid drinks. Everyone is welcome & the workers at this location are awesome & treat you with respect & are always welcoming.

Customer service and the drinks are great, but the wait is at least 30 minutes or more every single time and I’ve been coming here since they opened. So if you have to be anywhere at a certain time come an hour early at least.
