Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee shop in Gallatin - 1012 Westgate Dr, USA

I've heard a lot about Dutch Bros, so I was excited to try it. I anticipated a fairly "standard," chain experience, but standardization can be good sometimes. Unfortunately, I wasn't that impressed by the time I was finished. That said, it's likely just not "my cup of tea." I always try regular coffee at a new shop to get a feel for the base they are working with. When I got there, the employee taking my order told me that they did not serve coffee. I asked for clarification, and they said, "Um...no, I don't think we serve just coffee." Not serving brewed coffee is odd in the US, but -- ok. I ordered an Americano instead. Overall Positives: The drive thru was fast... really fast! It felt like the efficiency of a Chick-fil-A applied to a coffee chain. The employees were kind and professional. The menu options were fairly extensive. A Critique: The Americano was the right temperature, and the medium size was on the "larger" end of the spectrum. All good signs. However, the espresso was obviously getting stale, which soured the drink and blunted the taste. A Petty Comment: What is up with the lid on the cup (see my picture )? I'm sure it's for straws, and I could see it working well for cold drinks. However, it made drinking hot coffee a bit more challenging. And...it was definitely giving "baby bottle" vibes while I drank it. 😂 Overall Review: All in all, I'm obviously not the target audience for this chain. The rest of their menu looked fun and extensive. For people looking for a sugar rush, I imagine the experience would be quite different from mine. That said, I'm not a fan.

First time stopping by a Dutch Brothers and sadly it was so disappointing. Its an incredibly missed opportunity to provide some breakfast items. They only have muffin tops as food options and those are cold directly from the fridge and super sweet. I was so disappointed. The staff was nice. The coffee is okay but sadly their menu is very limited. I left thinking, what a waste of space and opportunity.

Always be prepared to wait in line at Dutch Bros. Don't go if you're in a hurry. That being said, the staff is always so friendly and the drinks are made perfectly! Another tip is you're new to Dutch Bros, their entire menu is on the app. Honestly you can't enjoy Dutch Bros unless you download the app, trust me.

The service is amazing the coffee is even better they are wonderful and the coffee is the most amazing in town it is a must see because their personal customer service is amazing that come to your window even in the cold and snow so I'm trying out you'll love it I am addicted

The hazelnut truffle mocha is one of my favorite drinks. Always taste good. And their employees are always nice and helpful.

Super friendly staff! Rachael was so inviting at the window and was sure to double check that I needed no dairy in my coffee. I appreciate all the dairy free options. Yummy coffee. The candy cane cold brew was amazing. The sugar and spice oat milk drink was like gingerbread with coffee flavoring.. definitely recommend

People are always upbeat and friendly. Even if they're struggling, they still try to make it happen. That is good coffee by the way, better than Starbucks just saying.

I simply love Dutch Bros. My husband and I go weekly before our grocery trip, and every time everyone is so kind, So prompt, and it's just the best. I always look forward to my next trip. I hope one day they have more sugar free options, but i still go and love it every time!
