This was my first time going to Dutch Bros, and I am glad I picked the Shawnee location as my first time. Not knowing what to order, I asked the employee that was helping take my order who also happened to be the store manager, Dawson. He was very helpful in directing me what the classic favorites were, what his favorites were, and what he would recommend. After taking my order I sat to wait for my drink to be made and was observing the atmosphere. This was truly a great sight to see. It was a very cheerful experience watching how Dawson managed his team during a busy rush hour. It led with confidence, but also made it a fun enjoyable working atmosphere. When my order was ready, I asked the employee who gave me my drink, “Is it always this cheerful when working here?” Her response was, “Always!! I love coming into work everyday, Our manager truly understands all his employees and tries his absolute best to make it a fun place to work.” Once I left the story in a reasonable about of time even in rush hour, I was really impressed with the drink that Dawson had recommended. I will be definitely returning to this location!
Best place around for drinks. Love the workers. I like new things so I’ll ask one girl specifically to just make me whatever and she never disappoints. I didn’t even know I would like a tropical tea blended. Love the music they play and the atmosphere seems so fun! Keep up the great job guys!!
Dawson is by far one of the best servers I have ever encountered in the Dutch Bros. buiz. He made me feel welcome and was patient in taking my order. I definitely expect to see him there the next time. It would ruin my day, otherwise </3
Apparently the work atmosphere has gone down hill. 4 people have quit within the week due to poor inadequate management. Employees are friendly to customers, but don’t get along inside the store. My 17 yo just quit due to bullying and false accusations without proof. Adults bullying high school students, WOW! Manager and Operator did nothing about it. Good tea though! In response: I just shared our experience on this review and your store manger and operator know what happened and did nothing. You, the owner, should reach out to your team, not me.
The staff are amazing! They give you a great experience! The girl at the window had a great conversation with me while they were making my drink, it was so nice!
One of my favorite places to get some coffee. I went in the other day and one of the workers, believe it was Dawson, was so sweet and was very nice. 5 stars all around
From the moment I drove up to Dutch bros, Dawson greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. His positive energy was contagious and instantly put me in a good mood!
Every time I go to this Dutch location I always feel welcomed, valued and engaged. It seems the manager Dawson leads his team well and always leaves me and my boss leaving with a happy experience and us talking about how smooth this store runs. 😎

Great place for coffee and a quick breakfast! We stopped in and grabbed a vanilla latte, salted caramel latte, and a couple of breakfast croissants. So good!! Highly recommend.

He knows what he is doing with that meat!! Ribs are the best in this area don't taste like apple juice like another local place, trims the meat just right (balance fat to meat). Brisket is wild good. Good smoke ring and juicy every time. Coleslaw bal
We dined in. The restaurant was clean and service was fast and friendly. We come for the super thin, crisp burgers and frozen custard. I love to add reeses pieces to my frozen custard.
