Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee shop in Heber City - 1231 S 300 W, USA

What a busy Dutch Bro’s! Their drive thru line was long, so we went up to the order window (this was at 9am). Great service and coffee! The soft top is delicious.

All and all decent coffee and service! My only real complaint is when it is busy as can be, line as well as employees move pretty slow! There were only 4 or 5 cars in front of me today and it took over 20 min to get my coffee! They always have someone chatting with drivers at the window (assuming it’s their job which they do great at) but I’d rather have good fast service than waiting that long to chat with someone at the window for 5 min!

Stopped in for a late hot cocoa. Excellent service and made our drinks very fast. Prefer the milk chocolate they use to other coffee shops that use a more bitter dark chocolate. Temperature was great. Not really any atmosphere as it is a drive thru and walk up window only.

The heber city utah location is one of my favorites the employees are so amazing they are friendly and they know their drinks and what to recommend if you want to try something new. They are also so nice and willing to talk to you and hace conversations while making drinks and when I go with my dogs they spoil them so much always willing to talk to them and give them treats and sgow them love. I love that if the drink is wrong they fix it without hesitation just so the customer is happy no matter what. I have always wanted to find a coffee place that makes you feel comfortable about what you order and even different ways to make better. Thank so much.

Literally EVERYONE that works here is so friendly. I always have a good experience with the staff here. The Coffee is always awesome!

I got takeout here for the first time last week. I loved the golden eagle I got! I recommend getting it with oatmilk, a few friends prefer it over whole milk.

I've been here several times, and each time has been great. Most of the ladies here are very nice and do a good job. But a few days ago, I got my normal drink, but it tasted almost burnt. I just shrugged it off. I drank 1/3 of my drink while driving, then I started feeling dizzy, nauseous and fatigued. I was forced to go home and abandon work to be sick at home. I was so confused till the next day when I had my morning coffee and that same feel came back again. Too much caffeine. This a reminder to anyone reading, caffeine poisoning is a thing. There is such thing as too much caffeine. Google it. Idk what happened, if it's the worker or machines fault. Either way, it's not ok. Still feeling weird after a few days because of this. Not sure I want to go to this location anymore.

I’ve had a good experience for the past few month and i used to go everyday. today we went through and let someone in the left lane merge then we merge, the lady behind us started screaming at us. then the lady taking orders completely ignored us and went to her and would not take our order. we got to the window and they finally got to our order and they were very rude. got my drink and asked for a stopper and they said they didn’t do those, even though i have previously got them everytime. staff was very rude to us but the drink was good.
