I love the peeps here! They are so nice and caring and always have a smile on their face! They are very quick and get your order out asap. I've never had a problem with the drinks or customer service. They even gave me a free drink because they messed up on my order, and I didn't even realize it because they gave me my correct drink first. They really are sweet, and I love seeing how they have a family vibe to them. Warms me up every time I go in. I also love the doodles they do on the lids! Makes my day!
This place is like a nightclub. It was like 1145 at night and I was needing a birthday coffee before 12 and I went there and it was amazing. I had so much fun, walked up to the window and ordered. It was after hours, the dining area was not open. They were so rad. They wrote Happy Birthday and put birthday sprinkles on my free coffee. I highly recommend it
Every time I come here the crew is always upbeat and happy. And since I work right around the corner they always remember my face but not necessarily my name Which is understandable. The crews are always amazing that work here
I'm from Cali and I wanted the real deal.. This was my first DB experience and I was pleased. Everyone in our party ordered a different drink and each were good. The indoor service was great with the staff offering to make sure we had the best experience possible. The baristas standing outdoors in the rain were super cheery, even dancing and encouraging customers to come to the store. There was no line but we were there as soon as it opened. I would have given 5 stars to the atmosphere, but it could be a tad bit cleaner. The bathroom was very, very, dirty and the counter tops needed to be wiped down.
This particular location enables you to order inside or via drive thru, which is super nice. The staff are always friendly and drinks are good. My only complaint is that the drive through is a little hectic with the quantity of cars always in it and it is very slow to get your drink. Could perhaps be arranged a bit better for the cars, but I'll still come here regardless
People here are friendly and most of them know my order as soon as they see me. My only problem with this location is that they have one of the entrances blocked so if th drivethru is full you can't pull into the parking lot.
Always great service. Could not be a more busy and confusing location, but the workers always skilfully handle it. Well done!
I like this Dutch Bros. Pretty chill, nice seating inside, fairly not bad area and doesn't smell like pee. Also they made the drinks really tasty and they're friendly!
