Sweet mother of monkey milk and all things that are good and holy in this world! Dutch Bros., where have you been all our lives? This place is truly fantastic! Sure, they may take longer than some of your other chains, but it is worth the wait! As self proclaimed coffee snobs, we give this place a massive HECK YES! Their menu isn’t huge and extensive, but who needs that sorta thing? Especially when: 1) You can literally make any drink in any way you want. Hot, iced or frozen blended. THAT IS AWESOME! 2) At least a dozen sugar free syrup options. You can make pretty much any drink sugar free and low carb! Does this mean I can have have a sugar free frappe? Why yes Jennifer, you can! 3) Friendly faces. The general manager took our order and was very friendly and offered suggestions. 4) Small footprint means less waste and is just plain cute! WINNER WINNER FOR SURE!

Three months ago this place had amazing, 5-star service. I’m not sure what’s happened since. Today I was told “I know you were here first, but what can you do?” after the employee took another order before mine. They are always quick to turn the iPad around to show you the tip screen , though.

Employees blast music and then say they can't here you when you tell them your order. Seems like they are just here collecting a paycheck and drinks are just put together how they see fit with very little consideration as to the actual mixology of the drink. Don't think I'll go back to this store for coffee anymore

It's always awesome coming here. The associates are always friendly, and their wait is short. The drinks are very delicious. Nice job. I would recommend Dutch Bros too, family and friend's. Their rebels are the best 👌

I enjoyed my drink. I was dissappointed at how small the cup was and I paid close to $7 for it. I would go elsewhere, i can get the same drink with more th enjoy for the same price. At this point I feel they are overrated. You also can't order a drink in advance or from the app. The app is basically a menu. I do appreciate the individuals that stand outside and take your order but I feel for them too. Its cold out then its hot, windy, rainy.

Dutch Bros needs to do a better job with their line management. There are two lanes with only one individual working. The two lane concept only works well if there are two individuals taking orders. Most people (well... the considerate ones) use the left lane, but if there are a handful of cars in the left lane, anyone can pull into the right lane and skip the rest of the vehicles that have been waiting in line. This does not make any sense, and causes frustration for those who have been waiting in line. If there are going to be two lanes, there need to be two individuals taking orders.

Took 25 minutes for my 11yr son to get 1 sm hot cocoa. When I spoke up to ask what's going on? The girl went to another employee, that girl came at me with attitude. Instead of apologizing and making it right. Worst customer service, ignoring a child at the window is just wrong.

We drive through often to grab Caramel Mocha coffee and Golden Eagle. Everyone is friendly, service is pretty quick.
