Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee shop in Fresno - 7090 N Palm Ave Suite 101, USA

Cool place, friends enjoyed their coffee from here. The vibe is quite loud making it impossible to work from. But it seems nice for coffee and other things. Wish there was a matcha on the menu somewhere. But I didn't see it

This happened last Saturday 08/27/2023 @7:30-7:40am and forwarded the following experience to the corporate email: I was the second car in line, from the window and when the cashier handed the car in front of me their drinks, the cashier did look and see (me) that there was another car in the drive thru (there was no outdoor runner taking orders, apparently you have to order at the windowat this time of the morning). So I get to the window to give my order and not only was I ignored for a couple of minutes, but I had to sit in my car waiting while the cashier (blonde girl) and two other workers (two dark haired girls - both well within view of seeing a car sitting at the window) were busy gossiping and laughing about another co-worker instead of attending to YOUR customer. Tired of waiting for your staff to do the job they are hired to do (provide a great customer experience and TAKE A DRINK ORDER), I drove off and took my $35 family drink order across the street to Starbucks. This is not the first time I've had a terrible experience with this location. It's the closest location to me and in the past, I've just let it go because of this convenience but honestly, I'm done with this store. If the intent of Dutch Bros. is to ignore the very resource that keeps your business going, then great. If Dutch Bros. is fine with losing money to a competitor, then keep hiring the unprofessional front facing staff I experienced this morning. If you feel this complaint is unfounded, I'm sure this store has plenty of cameras. Check the time in question - to see what your employees were doing instead of helping a customer. There is a tremendous opportunity to coach your inexperienced and tacky cashier and staff at this location on how to treat customers with a friendly acknowledgement and being respectful. I, however, will not be coming back to Dutch Bros.

Better than starbucks, and they taste soon Delicious!! And then, don't forget about all of the different flavors!!!

Fastest service I've experienced at any other dutch..great staff great environment. Highly recommend.

Great place for an excellent cup of coffee ☕☕. It's clean, the staff are more than amazing and I love it in here. Also they've got a huge picture of the Griswold family on their wall(s). What's not to love?

Herndon/Palm order 3 drinks from the runner. 1-Small coffee 1-Large Rebel 1-Large blended coffee My small coffee was large and my large blended drink was small. I told them it was reversed. They took my blended drink was poured into a large cup and they added the rest without blending at all. Get home and the little bit of ice is gone and the drink is semi cold. When ordering a blended drink I expect it to be totally blended. Hope I'm not asking to much!

Not a welcoming experience Stopped in from out of town Love Dutch bros always our go to but this day walked in and had to wait 10 min before someone would even acknowledge the line started behind us just got looks but not even a smile . I guess you can't have a awesome experience every time

I personally wasn't feeling this place. It was giving me a "paint store" feel ... LOL. The person I was with liked it, so I gave it 3 stars.
