Durham Agricultural Fair Association - Fairground in Durham - 24 Town House Rd, USA

Nice, family oriented fair. BETTER than the Big E! Good fair food, prices vary by vendor. Hit the permanent outbuildings, they are mostly local non profits and have the most reasonable food prices. Rides are 1.50 a ticket, most are 4 or 5 tix per ride. Midway games a bit steep at 5 to 10 bucks per game. It is a AG FAIR, so check out the farm animals and produce. 5 dollar parking at official lots, with busing to fair, $10 or more for private lots close by. This fair is on its game with the parking. Buses run every few minutes and are clean. On exit, three buses swallowed up a large load of people ( about 100) , wait time was about 5 min. When we pulled into the parking lot, two buses were loading up and getting ready to pull out.

Great fair Loads of attraction to see. Places that are indoors liads of venders selling many home goods and more. Awsome pumpkins. Animals to look at .Loas rides for big kids and small once very fun. Little bit for everyone,plus Food everywhere. Fun monster truck show..but a bit disappointed. A bit tiering from walking up hills. Parking in 2018 sucked. If u wanted to park close to the fair for free... Won't happen. Parking from 20-35 $ to park close. And alot of traffic alot! Took me an HR to park. Shuttle was far away and loads of people. This is a fantastic agriculture fair, they have kept the "Agriculture" in the fair. Had a great time. Best fair in all CT

Pad Thal was delicious. Wish there were country music bands.

Great time with family. Parking was slightly confusing. Prices definitely increased. Great to See so many awesome rides for the kiddos wish they weren't so expensive.... Overall fun family activity for sure.... see ya next year.

This is my first time going to the Durham Fair when it was quite a good time they had all sorts of different fair foods that you would want. Truck pulls which were awesome. Great place to take your kids for a night out.

After supporting this local fair for years, living the next town over, we thought it would be a great place to rent a table to help our dance school fundraise. I contacted the admin department to request information and this is the response I received: "Too late for that now. We also don't let anyone and everyone have a "table". We would be inundated with requests for freebies. Then the paying vendors would get pretty mad" I was never looking for a handout, and as a local resident we have always visited this fair and shelled our hundreds to all it's supporting vendors. I cannot expect professionalism when the word 'fair' is involved, but let's at least project a little if you call yourself the secretary.
