Went to the Sink Disc Golf course. Love the terrain and layout. Fun and challenging. You should check it out
One of the best disc golf courses i've ever been to. If you're in Chattanooga and only have time to play one course, definitely go to this one
Convenient parking. Spacious with several soccer fields. Good restrooms on the ends of the concession pavilion. Sign says no dogs allowed.
Went disc golf here when we were visiting Chattanooga! Heard a lot from the locals about visiting here but I was quite disappointed when we actually arrived. The entire course (except hole one) is in the woods and it is designed where the flight path of the disc is so skinny, if it curves just a small amount you'll be chasing into the woods after it. The directions to each hole were difficult to follow, despite the map at the entrance. We had to leave after hole 3 to go buy bug spray because we were being eaten alive by mosquitoes. All in all, not the best experience, but I'd say you should still give it a shot to see for yourself!
Oh, my fellow disc golf enthusiasts, gather round and let me delight you with a tale of the majestic DuPont Park, affectionately known as 'The Sinks' in our beloved Chattanooga, Tennessee. This hidden gem boasts a disc golf course that's so outstanding, it could charm the pants off a sassy leprechaun!
Now, let me set the stage for you. This 18-hole disc golf course, complete with alternative tees and basket positions, is the stuff of legend. You'll find yourself traversing through the enchanted woods, where mischievous water traps and blind curves lie in wait to test your mettle. Forget the wide-open grassy plains, my friend, because this course demands your skill among the ancient trees.
But hold on to your frisbees, for that's not all! They've even blessed us with a disc golf driving range. Yes, you heard me right! A driving range with yard markers and baskets, nestled amidst nature's embrace. And guess what? They've even managed to conjure up a green oasis in this wild wonderland, although I must confess, the only green you'll find is at the driving range itself!
Now, listen closely, my brethren, for there's an app you can download on your trusty smartphone. This magical app will keep score for you and allow you to share your disc golf conquests with fellow enthusiasts. It's like having a mystical caddy right in your pocket, whispering secrets of the fairways and tantalizing tales of those unforgettable birdies.
Oh, but beware, my dear comrades! While our four-legged companions are welcome to join our disc golf adventures, I must warn you that gorillas are not on the guest list. Alas, the mighty Bigfoot beats simply cannot tolerate their presence, and the mere sight of those colossal creatures sends the snipe fleeing for their lives. So, leave your gorilla friends at home, and let's keep the course safe for all the mythical creatures that reside here!
Now, let us address the one pesky thorn in this otherwise enchanting disc golf utopia. Ahem, excuse me, ladies and gentlemen, but there are no bathrooms to be found! Yes, you heard me correctly. They once had a ghastly portable toilet, a place where one could face their innermost demons and expel their bowels of disgust and poor choices. However, that wretched abomination has been banished, and now we are left void of any options to appease our bodily needs. So, my dear disc golf warriors, come prepared with an iron bladder or a secret tree-hugging ritual.
In summary, dear comrades-in-arms, 'The Sinks' at DuPont Park is a disc golf oasis that will leave you spellbound. With its challenging course, captivating woods, and a driving range fit for champions, this haven of flying discs is the epitome of disc golf greatness. Just be sure to leave your gorilla pals at home and, oh, prepare yourself for a bathroom-free adventure. Trust me, the disc golf thrills here will be well worth the bladder control!
Great facilities and staff. Only issue is parking. I will admit it’s not due to lack of space but popularity of location.
Large layout.clean plenty of room for playing sports of any kind and disk throwing area.
This is our neighborhood park. I love it. Right now they are doing construction and it tends to be a mess. But it is great the way that the construction company always makes sure people can still go to the park.
Perfect area to park for your mountain biking needs. Great trails to choose from. We went all the way around the reservoir from this point on trails while also enjoying a bit of road time. Plenty of parking in this area with picnic tables, actual bat
Ran several trail races here a few years ago. Good trails with some great views. Beware that GPS doesn't register correctly probably because of the power station. I got to mile 20 aid station and was told it was really miles 22. I was very happy. (Do
Always a great place to go for a walk and bird watch. Bathrooms spaced throughout the area for easy access. There's always a variety of birds to watch on the water. On my walk yesterday alone I saw, several Ospreys diving for fish, a pair of Bald Eag
Chattanooga has become a great place for outdoor activities & bike riding is one of those. Love the River park bike pathways. Combination of concrete, asphalt, & wood planks. Nice, wide, & scenic.
Whatâs good? In contrast to the adjacent Renaissance Park, this park brings a little more action to the table with its carousel and interactive fountain. The kiddos (or adults!) can play (seasonal) directly in this fountain with its âopen floor

We enjoy coming to the nightfall series when we have the opportunity. Visited again on 6/24/2022 and had a great time. On 6/16/2023 the bands were totally awesome ð
Great 9 hole disc golf course. Several wooded shots. Kid and pet friendly. Picnic table with two recently added charcoal grills. There are no walking trails here.
Often overlooked, I think. There's been some good thought and money invested into this park, nice water, fountains and pavilion and playground and swing set, walking trail. Nice big mature trees, generally pretty well. Kept, litter-free. Worth of vis
This is my favorite place to go and meditate and say my evening prayer. Watch the kids and parents walk in the evening. Lots of activities and the park is always clean.
The community of amazing people and coaches is what keeps me coming back every day. Real people with real lives who are dedicated to their health and fitness! Thankful to have been a part of the community here for the last two years. Come join us :)
Best gym membership Iâve ever had. Keeps me accountable since you get a great workout in just one hour without having to plan a workout. Couch Scout is my fave.
Before leaving Chattanooga, we wanted to stop and get coffee from a local place. And what a great pick! I got an iced caramel latte and it was delicious.
This place is a haven for transformation. From the moment I walked through their doors, it was evident that this place is more than just a gymâit's a community built on genuine care and unwavering support.
Matthew and his team are nothing short of
I was in Chattanooga for a week and got to workout at Lookout Fitness 3 different times. Each day the coaches and members were so welcoming and kind to me. They even made room for me to be judged during the Open workout, which I was expecting to have
I want to thank Chattanooga Fitness. After 3 weeks and following the program I have lost 7 lbs. Josh & Raven encourage you to do better than you thought.
They give plenty of feed back during our workouts and in our nutrition meetings. They appreciat
