Nice views of 6-8 foot waterfall. A bed of water sits on top so peacefully perfect. It’s an easy walk to it. There a wooden bench where I ate my lunch 🥪 🧃. If you gonna do the whole walk, don’t forget water.

Took the Dunnfield Creek trail to Holly Springs Trail and returned via the AT. Went after two days of solid rain and the creek was raging! Only problem was crossing the creek where the Holly Springs trail meets the Dunnfield Creek trail. The water was so high it was impossible to walk across the creek on the rocks, but there is a large, downed tree about 100 feet upstream that makes a natural, but slippery bridge. Had to sit and shimmy my way across backwards. Very clean, really didn't see any litter at all after the first 1/4 mile, and the higher up you go the more rhododendron and hemlock trees you encounter. Next time I'll be sure to leave enough time to hike all the way up to Sunfish Pond.

Mt Tammany blue and red dot trails are amazing for moderate hike. At some points it is pretty steep and rocky. It is rated as hard, but i would rather say its moderate. Very nice views of Delaware water gap. We did red dot trail on the way up and came down using blue dot where we saw the creak and this beautiful area with few waterfalls where people are swimming.

Great place for hiking. Get there early to get a parking space if not you'll have to park in the opposite street. We got there at 10 am and place was almost full. In the summer time you can bring your swim suit as there are a couple of places, in the green trail, that you can stop and take a swim

We did the red trail up to Mt. Tammany. The hike is strenous about 1.5 miles up with a steep incline but the view up the mountain is beautiful of the river. Take the blue trail down.

The area is beautiful. Heavy forest, like nature is alive. Found a blue hole about 10 minutes in from blue trail side.

Best place near Jersey City and NYC for a quick hike with some water bodies. Be prepared for some fly bites, don't forget to bring anti repellent sprays, lot of water and light snacks or f you plan to do a hike to lakes.

The waterfalls and hiking trails on this area of the mountain are breathtaking. You need to see it to appreciate it... it’s just so serene and beautiful and can just take your breath away... enjoy the great outdoors...
