3 days it was perfect. 1 day they forget ALL of the caramel & vanilla pumps.
Always figured starbutts was king of coffee until the service at their establishments became snooty. Now DD is a prime candidate to be the king of coffee. Always I find happy and willing to work folks at DD!
This dunkin is the best dunkin I have ever been to. This was literally the best cookie butter cold brew I have ever consumed, the girls working were the sweetest people ever !! 10/10 experience hope these girls are having a great a day.

I have always had a good experience going through the drive thru after work. It's nice to have a place that serves coffee and food late at night.
The drive thru tends to be a bit slow during the day, but the good customer service makes up for it.
Staff member named Alexa refused to let me place 6 orders for me and my coworkers. Was completely rude and disrespectful. We work in healthcare working 12 hour shifts and we all need coffee and 4 of my coworkers didn’t receive coffee because she refused to take any more than 2 orders. This has happened many times ask anyone at Lakebridge! I am absolutely sick of this terrible and disrespectful service. And Alexa needs to find a job she actually wants to do 🫢
They're advertised as 24hr drive through, I went at midnight and was never greeted at speaker, pulled up to window and did not see anyone except baker walking around. This was on 9/30. Cars behind me also were also confused.
Yesterday I got a pumpkin spice latte in Jonesborough, however today I went through the drive through in Johnson City and asked for it the male worker speaking was so extremely rude to me for even asking for it. Saying they haven’t opened it yet. Literally said “excuse me” in the most hateful tone because I said I got it yesterday. I also ordered food. While waiting on the food they didn’t hand me my coffee which was ready sitting there. Also didn’t give me a straw til I asked. Coffee was handed last. Lady at the window was also acting “strange” my coffee was absolutely terrible and no sugar. Seemed intentional. For what? Because I asked for pumpkin flavoring? I’ll stick to jonesborough location they are phenomenal. Employees could use customer service training. I’ll never be back to this particular store

I come here all the time to get sandwiches and coffee for the guys at work and they love it. The location is clean and theyâre consistent with each cup. Not only are they really nice and accommodating but the food and baked goods are great.
