They went on a remodelling break for ever. They don't seem to care about their regulars. For months they stay closed. No ETA. I used to rely on them for literal daily coffee, now they force me to order delivery from another Dunkin location. 100s of dollars a month are wasted. You don't need to remodel. You need to open. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
This DD is a joke, the manager who I believe her name is JESSICA is PETTY. She gets annoyed every time you show a DD reward because she has to help the cashier get it together since they never know what they are doing. Today I got an ice latte and asked the worker to please take some ice because they fill up the whole cup with ice. The person making my latte without any hesitation took half the ice and continue making my drink. Here comes “petty the manager” and decided to take over and finish my drink. She gave me an ice latte that was only filled 3/4 of a cup. I asked her to please add more milk, she said no because I asked for the ice to be taken off now I need to pay more money.
WHAAAAAT!!!! I paid almost 7 bucks for this latte which had almond milk and now she wants me to pay more ? I politely asked her for my money back because I’m not ghetto and will not be throwing my drink to her face which is what she deserved. She chose to throw away the latte and give me a refund instead of just adding more milk to my drink. Something wrong with her she’s definitely miserable and hates her job.
Maybe we visited on an off day, but this is a horrible Dunkin donuts. Very slow service from workers with poor communication skills. Donuts tasted old and stale, but then again we visited in the afternoon. All around, very poor expereince.
Very polite team members! Treated with a smile and kind faces! Coffee was made perfectly! Glad I came out of my way to get coffee to start my journey back to Maine. Met two very nice older gentleman in the lobby who I assume are regulars that helped set the atmosphere!
I ordered a small cup of ice cream to go in a cup. The person serving me fulfils the request perfectly, but when I asked for a lid she stated that they didn't have any. I was beyond puzzled and had to say something about the lack of essentials on their part. The cashier stated that I wasn't the first person to complain and that she has informed the manager. So my thing is this; it's a pandemic going on and no one is outside unmasked eating ice cream or anything of the sort. So why wouldn't there be sufficient cups, lids, or any other utensils present because most if not all of the customers are taking their order to go?
They were busy but still very quick. Unfortunately, my iced coffee had a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom but it happens. Hell, I have done it myself at home. I'll definitely go back and I'm sure it will be better next time.
The staff is super friendly and willing to help you. The service was quick and plenty of seats to relax and enjoy your coffee and snack. This is a great Dunkin Donuts.
I have been coming here for quite a few years, however, this year the service has been poor. I asked to refill my Duncan Donuts card. They took my money and wiped out my balance. I have received the wrong order quite a few times. The staff is friendly, but it seems, to me, that the miscommunication are the results of the staff not always understanding what is being said to them. I was there yesterday to order a cup of coffee, but was given tea instead.
This gym is so clean, not crowded, has a lot of different equipment to choose from. Carter is so passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. Iâm going to have surgery next month and he went through which machines and exercises would be beneficial to s
We went there in the afternoon, The temperature was a little bit high. So we did not get enough enthusiasm to explore all the area, sat under the tree and enjoyed the spectacular view from there.
I went to see Herman's Hermits.
Very entertaining and so much fun. We were in the upper mezzanine and had a great view.
Bar also sold water, and at least, NY Pretzels. The theater might even be an historic place, well kept.
