Placed an order on DoorDash but this was no fault of Doordash as the bag was sealed upon arrival to my house. The dasher text me and said they were waiting for my food but they were really busy and no one would give them my order.
I could tell the order was sitting there for a while because the ice coffee was watered down and the breakfast sandwich was cold as well as smashed, and burned and not prepared as it should have been. I’ve never seen anything so horribly prepared. My hashbrowns were forgotten as well
I love going to this Dunkin Donuts. Staff is usually pretty nice. I am sad though cause I got my avocado toast, got home, and it wasn't even toasted... Just a sad cold piece of bread with avocado on top. 😭
This location is great! The manager who I talked to today was awesome. I couldn't find something from the menu on the uber eats website and he did great to accommodate me. From the moment the sweet lady answered the phone to him struggling with me then just helping me out it was a great experience. It may seem so small but their friendliness really made my day better. Thank you guys! This is actually the further location from where I work but its honestly so worth that extra wait.

Stick to the game plan and order your favorite coffee (hot or cold) and your favorite donut. my winning combination for today was the French cruller (freshly made btw) and the brown butter latte. Just stopped here to get breakfast; the woman who took my order and the 2 men who brought me my drink and food were very nice. Everyone was smiling and friendly! It started my day off perfectly.

This place never, I mean never has whole bean coffee on the shelve. They have shelves and shelves of hazelnut flavor, midnight flavor, original ground blend, but zero whole bean coffee. When you ask the attendant do they have any whole bean coffee in the back, you get a "I don'ts know". When you ask the attendant will you be getting any more in anytime soon, you get a "I don'ts know" again. Would someone please tell them it's call supply & demand. If you have that much demand, has anyone ever thought about ordering more whole bean and less hazelnut?
